Sale Deed about 0-10M (300 Sq Yds) alongwith a house built thereupon

with covered area 2160 Sq Ft situated at Village Kharar, Tehsil Kharar

District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali within municipal limits for a

sum of Rs. 23,00,000/-

dated 15/2/2007 issued by Bank of Baroda, Sector 22 Chandigarh received

in advance.

Tehsil Kharar District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Whereas I am the owner and in possession of land measuring 0K-10M as

per Khata No. 221,2775, Khatoni No. 231, 3031 and Khasra No.

15M of which 10/1755 share equivalent to 0K-10M situated at Kharar

Hadbast No. 184 Tehsil Kharar District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Mohali

vide Jamabandi of the year 2001-02 which is free from all sorts of

encumbrances, inclusive of rights of passage of ingress and egress,

alongwith under-construction house and all other rights to which the

vendor was entitled to sold for a total consideration of Rs. 23,00,000/-

(Rupees Twenty Three Lac only), half of which is Rs. 11,50,000/- (Rupees

Eleven Lac Fifty Thousand only) in favor of Smt. Pavneet Kaur W/o S.

Harpreet Singh S/o S. Mohan Harpal Singh R/o House No. 2467, Phase X,

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali Tehsil and District Sahibzada Ajit Singh

Nagar, Mohali. I have already received the full amount and now nothing is

now payable by the vendee. The possession from today onwards have

been delivered to the vendee and he is now the owner in possession of

the said property. I or any of my heir will not have any right on this

property from today. Rights All the rights pertaining to the said property

being enjoyed by me are now with the said vendee. In case of any legal

defect, the vendee is dispossessed from this property or any loss is

caused to the vendee, I shall be responsible for all the expenses. The

whole of the expenses have been borne by the vendee. Mutation of the

sale shall be got effected. This sale deed has been executed in my full

senses so as to record the same. Contents of this deed has been read over

and explained which are believed to be true and correct. Dated 20/2/2007

and Witness 2 Gurdev Singh Nambardar. I know the first witness who

knew the second witness. Deed be registered.
