    Most respectfully, I beg to state that following few lines for your kind

    consideration and necessary action that I was promoted as SS in scale Rs 6500 – 10500

    w.e.f. 01.11.03 due to re-structuring of cadre vide your office order No. 08/2005 dt.

    19.01.2001 ( Copy enclosed ) but my fixation arrear has not yet paid to me and finally I

    retired on 31.01.2007 (AW) on attaining the age of superannuation (my VI th PC.

    Fixation also to be vitrified again).

    I therefore request to you once again kindly reexamine my case sympathetically
