Education committee: Bishop Flaget school is currently accepting applications for admission at all levels for
the next school year. We are very excited about the next school year; we are having many inquiries at various
levels from families looking for the best in education. The spring play will be held May 12th at 7PM. This
year’s musical will be “Seussical Jr.” a fun and exciting approach to Dr. Seuss. The dress rehearsal will be held
at 12:30PM on May 11th for anyone who does not like to drive at night or is unable to attend the May 12th
showing. The Track Team is competing this spring and is doing very well. We are probably going to see a few
more records broken this year! The junior high thanks everyone for their support of the fish fry. Our 7th and 8th
graders will be traveling to Chicago, after Easter for their class trip. We have completed our budget for next
year and have made some staffing changes to meet our changing needs. We continue to be thankful to the
parishes for your support, especially in the monthly envelopes, which we have used exclusively for tuition
assistance for families who are struggling to keep their children at Flaget.

Spiritual Life: No report

Social Concern: No report

Family Life: There will be no Coffee and Donuts during the month of April due to Lent.

We will hold a small reception on April 16th after the First Communion Mass in the Family Life Center.
Congratulations to those children as they join our parish to share in the body and blood of Christ.
We will host two receptions during Holy Week, Tuesday, April 19th & Wednesday, April 20th in the Family Life
Center. Light hors d’oeurves & beverages will be served, so please come over and join us.

If you would like to help with this or any event throughout the year please contact Karen Leeth. We would love
for you to share your time & talents with us.

Lazarus Committee: We had 3 funerals the month of March. The committee served luncheons for friends and
family of Pat Depugh, Eileen Boyle & Deacon George Lovensheimer. Pat Reed would like to thank all the
folks who provided extra dishes for these large gathering. If you would like to help or just provide a dish please
contact Pat Reed or myself. Food is always welcome.
