EXECUTIVE SUMARY RE: ELECTION FRAUD BY NANCY PELOSI and the DNC

Two (2) different notarized Official Certification of Nomination (OCON’s)

were signed by Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic National Committee

On August 28, 2008, the Democratic National Committee issued two (2) different OCON’s
(Official Certification of Nomination) for Barack Obama and Joe Biden as their candidates for
President and Vice President of the United States, with said notarized statements being
signed by Nancy Pelosi as Chair of the Democratic National Convention, and Alice Travis
Germond as Secretary of the Democratic National Convention. (see below for a side by side
comparison - and attached for a full page example of each).

1. One (1) State (Hawaii) received theirs with the following certification:

‘… and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the
United States are legally qualified to serve under the provision of the United
States Constitution.’

2. 49 States received a similar OCON (same date, notary, and signatures) but without the
required statement that the candidates are legally qualified to serve under the provision of
the U.S. Constitution. (NOTE: the space for this removed text was deliberately covered up
by moving the lower text and signatures up 2 lines to fill in for this missing statement).

This evidence was included in the indictments (presentments) from over a dozen different
American Grand Jury deliberations, and has been served on over 500 elected officials,
A/G’s, Judges, Courts, City Councils, and Sheriffs – nationwide.

So those in position of authority are fully aware of this monumental act of election fraud,
leading to the altering of our form of government by dissembling, fraud, and deceit – a
deliberate act of Treason to the Constitution, - and all have failed to take appropriate action.
The question is: who is willing to take action on this blatant act of election fraud,
not in 2012, but NOW?
