and adopt the 2011-2012 Code of Internal dnFinancial Procedures
was made by Gio Alejo and was seconded by Ian Agatep. Therewere no objections from the Central Board. Voting was done by show of hands. Resultsare shown below:

Albiento: in Off-Campus housing, why not the preseidents?
 
Alejo: Heads are busy, asked COA and DSWS to send reps
 
Raymundo: For the curriculum, do you have anyone else?

Copuyoc: As of now, only one rep is alowed
 
Elicaño: Gino said last year that we can technically send more than oneperson, but only one vote. Can we explore that?
Motion to suspend parliamentary procedures was made by Ian Agatep and was seconded by Gio Alejo as per request of the President. There were no objections fromthe Central Board*
 
*Minutes were still taken down as the President explained how the protocols of the central Board work.

Lucero: instead of adding to curriculum, disseminate info toeveryone so everyone can be involved
