Confirmation of appointments to School Committees c/o Drew (10 mins)
Every year we have reps who go to the school committees
11 school committees
Make sure the stands of the students are well upheld
Albiento: in Off-Campus housing, why not the preseidents?
Alejo: Heads are busy, asked COA and DSWS to send reps
Raymundo: For the curriculum, do you have anyone else?
Copuyoc: As of now, only one rep is alowed
Elicaño: Gino said last year that we can technically send more than oneperson, but only one vote. Can we explore that?
Motion to suspend parliamentary procedures was made by Ian Agatep and was seconded by Gio Alejo as per request of the President. There were no objections fromthe Central Board*
*Minutes were still taken down as the President explained how the protocols of the central Board work.
Revisions to school committee appointments
Lucero: instead of adding to curriculum, disseminate info toeveryone so everyone can be involved
Copuyoc: Add people not as official reps, but they can sit-in inmeetings
Alejo: Who wants to be part of the curriculum committee?
Reyes, Nicole: Can we know what school is involved?
Agatep: Agenda is given beforehand
Reyes: Why will I sit-in if
I can’t vote?
Copuyoc: You can send it to Cate. So the reason behind her vote isrelevant.
Sison: My vote is for the students and those involved
