Metroplex event that brings nearly 100,000 visitors to Addison over a3-day period. We will again have a booth, this year with a prominentlocation, introducing the attendees to our Club. We have been working for a few months on what our booth will look like, on whatfoods we will serve and on what information we will distribute. As aresult, we have created some new and exciting offerings.First, Chef Tomasso has been perfecting a recipe for Spiedies, a variation of Italian Spiedinis in a fashion native to my home region of  Abruzzo. We have been publicized on the City of Addison's websitefor introducing the attendees to a new food of Italian roots, so we'vealready generated some “buzz”! In addition, Chef Tomasso will be oneof a select group of 12 Chefs featured in the Taste Showcase. In it, he will present a 45-minute cooking lesson (making a Seafood Risotto)that will be promoted on local television stations. When visitors come to our booth, we will give them a new informational brochure we've created for the Club. When I looked atthe last one we produced, it was from our old location and was donelong before we decided to relocate.
