Rho Delta also referred to, as “red dot” has been dormant since the 1970s. Now in
2011, the lack of accountability within the Greek System has exposed the need for
change.

We are your sisters, friends, and classmates. We see everything, hear everything,
and are always amongst you. Our mission is to shed light upon the individuals
that fail to uphold the higher standard expected throughout the Greek System.
Our expectations of others do not exceed those of our own.

Credit is given to those who positively enhance our Greek System without
aspirations of personal gain. Therefore, we challenge you to demonstrate your
contributions over the next three months. Whether your actions are vulgar or
honorable, we will uncover the truth. Our FIRST edition, despite the inadequate
attempt from the Senior Scroll Society (sSs) in February, will be distributed at the
beginning of the 2011 fall semester.
