NOTE ABOUT THIS TRANSLATION
Ambalal M. Patel, Gnani Purush, also commonly knownas Dadashri or Dada, always used to say that it is not possible toexactly translate his satsang about the Science of Self-Realizationand the art of worldly interaction into English. Some of the depthof meaning would be lost. He stressed the importance of learningGujarati to precisely understand all his teachings.Dadashri did however grant his blessings to convey histeachings to the world through translations in English and otherlanguages. This is a humble attempt to present to the world the essenceof the teachings of Dadashri, the Gnani Purush. A lot of care hasbeen taken to preserve the tone and message of the satsang. Thisis not a literal translation of his words. Many people have workeddiligently for this work and we thank them all. This is an elementary introduction to the vast treasure of histeachings. Please note that any errors encountered in the translationare entirely those of the translators.
