Choose two to three of the personality theories discussed in your text and write a
350- to 700-word summary comparing and contrasting the theories you have
chosen.
We will be comparing the Humanistic and Trait theory explains that there are
several variations among the two theories and extremely a small number of
similarities. Both theories still agree that an individual’s character is fairly made
up by the options one formulates. The two theories appear to approach
personality from different information and hardly have anything in common.
The Humanistic theory is the most technical and outlook individuals as distinctive
one viewing the earth from diverse point of view. The Humanistic theory appears
at how outside motivation influences an individual’s actions. They believe with
little or no attention on one’s behavior. The Humanistic theory approach from the
existential way of life that is short that means one’s life is recognized by one’s
character can be unfair by others, who can place circumstances on one’s value.
The Trait is a piece of one’s personality, and it is revealed through study of one’s
behavior. The trait theory study one’s personality in conditions of sincerity,
honesty, to new knowledge, and skills as well as one’s personality is affected by
one’s options, understanding, and skills growth. Characters are thought to be
contacted by heredity and individual’s traditions and than his or her surroundings.
An individual’s traits are thought to be reasonably and reliable all the way through
his or her lives. Still whereas the Humanistic theory and the Trait theory have
their difference they both are helpful in screening the individual’s personality as
complete.
