Iran submitted three years ago, was based on accurate comprehension of the realities. Respect for democracy and the rights of the people and refraining from resorting to pressure instruments against the nations are two fundamental pillars for cooperation. What we witness today obviously proves that futile insistence of some governments to confine unequal relations in the workd and confronting the will of nations and protecting the ruling dictators, cannot be continued in order to acbieve their goals and the future management of the world would be based on the will of nations for their sclf-detern ination. A future where rationale would substitute force and democracy would substitute tyrannical relations in the international system. tho legitimate requests of the nations and refraining from conducts Accepting based on supremacy are the only way out of the current self ereated stalemate Based on the above-mentioned, in response to your letter dated Febeuary 11, 2011 for the continuation of the talks, while welcoming your return to the path of dialogues, 1 would like to inform you that as it was emphasized in the Geneva 3 and Istanbul talks, the Islamic Republic of Iran is prepared as it was the case in the past, by ulilizing its national, regional and international capacities, to tallt on the topies thal can be a subject matter for cooperation based on common logic and proportional with the requirements for cooperation in order ‘0 achieve a DO MISE Gr pyle comprehensive und sustainable agreement for cooperation.
