 We will manage just in time inventory system at daily basis as the inventory is perishable. And ourserving timings are from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm.
8. Marketing Plan
:Our pricing strategy will include 130/- sale price. We will distribute our product free of cost at ourconsumer door step. We will take orders also by SMS service and calls. We will distribute pamphlets andplacement of posters at university notice boards and SMS & E-mail advertisements.
9. Organizational Plan:
 This is the partnership form of business. All the team members are the partners and we will shareprofits/loss equally. All the members of the team have the same level of authority, having same level of educational background. The responsibilities are divided on the basis of the availability of the teammembers, and Hafiz Ali Akbar is especially assigned the task to bring the product from savor.
Risk Assessment:
The major risk lies itself in the nature of our business, which is the product we are providing isperishable in nature. For this initially we will bring 30 to 40 units of single savor to check the marketdemand. This will give a clear picture of our forecasted demand and actual demand.The breakeven is achieved by selling 35 units.
