Step One – this is the same for any online space except when adding a VideoBar in Blogspot (see below)
Copy the embed code next to the movie in YouTube – simply click in the box tohighlight the code and go ‘Edit’ and then ‘Copy’ (or use control + c as a keyboardshortcut – Apple + c on a mac)
PB Wiki OptionsStep Two – PB Wiki
Start by editing your page. Then click on ‘Insert Plugin’ on the toolbar and thenchoose ‘Video’ and click on ‘YouTubevideo’
Step Three – PB Wiki
Paste the code (control + v OR apple + v) you copied from step one into the whitebox and click on next and then click ‘Finish’. When you see the preview, click onfinish again to add to your page. It will look like a green box with YouTubewritten in the middle. Save your wiki page and it will be added. People will just need to click the play button to watch.

Wikispaces OptionStep Two
Click ‘Edit this Page’ to make changes to the page and then click on the TV iconthat appears in the toolbar.
Step Three
While there is a Video option, it will be faster for you to click on the ‘Other HTML’option (less clicks needed). Paste in the code you copied in Step One (control + vOR apple + v) to the white box at the bottom of the pop up window and click ‘Save’. It will appear appear as a grey box on your page with ‘Media’ written inthe middle. Save the wiki page and the video is embedded. All people need to dois click on the play sign to watch it.
Blogspot within Blog Post OptionStep Two
When you are creating a new post, click on the ‘Edit Html’ tab at the place whereyou want the video to go. Do not use the Video icon on the toolbar as you use thisto upload your own video.
 Step Three
Paste the embed code you copied in Step One (control + v OR apple + v) into thewhite space where you want the video to go. When you click ‘Publish this Post’and the look at your new blog entry. The video will be embedded and people canclick the play button to watch it.

Blogspot Html Gadget in the Sidebar OptionStep Two
The sidebar is a place where you can have elements that you always want peopleto be able to see. These stay visible to the side of your blog posts at all timesunless you change them. YouTube videos can also be added to this area. This isthe option you would use to add a specific video though it will be rathersquashed in the side. You may be better off exploring the Video Bar option(below) though this will not give you a specific video. You first need to go into the ‘Layout’ tab and click on ‘Add a Gadget’.
Step Three
Scroll down the list of gadgets until you find the one called ‘Html/ JavaScript’ andclick the plus sign in the top right corner. Paste the embed code you copied inStep One into the big white box.
Step Four
You will need an extra step here as the size of the video will be too big for thesidebar if you click save now. What you need to do is look at the embed code that you just pasted into the box and find the width and height settings. They will bein there twice. You need to change the numbers to change the size – I halved thenumbers (see below) and this seemed about right for my blog – you may need toplay around to get this exactly right for your layout. Click ‘Save’ when you haveadjusted the numbers. It will then be on your blog.<object width="212" height="172"><param name="movie"value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bakqdwabjng&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen"value="true"></param><embedsrc="http://www.youtube.com/v/bakqdwabjng&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x‐shockwave‐flash"allowfullscreen="true" width="212"height="172"></embed></object>
