Dear Mr Ribsskog,

Thank you for your e-mail of 10 April to the Ministry of Justice about a police
complaint. Your e-mail has been passed to the Home Office and I have been
asked to reply. I am sorry for the delay in replying.

I note we have replied to you previously (T6383/11, T6698/11) and we have

nothing further to add.

I would also like to advise you that the Home Office will no longer answer all
your letters unless you give us substantive new information. It is not practical
for the department to continue to review the same details in any one case.
This merely leads us to re-stating our position. The contents of any written
correspondence received from you will, however, continue to be noted on file
here.
