 As the Irish Say,
ittle Spirits
In the natural, a gathering of believers is a mix of many things on various planes—social, spiritual, logistical, sensual. We tend to gravitate to friends, family, and acquaintances in a social way, and areconstrained by duty, such as the mechanics of evangelism and organizing people, and logistical concernssuch as shelter, sustenance, and giving and receiving.Peeling away the things just mentioned for a moment, though, we see a deeper, primal level, what theLord sees, the way things really are.For those who have an inkling of God’s existence (and I guess for those who don’t), there exists a spiritperson inside. A group of people, their spirits, appear as blotches of pure, muted light in a black field. They have been quickened by sparks from the Holy One. Small sparks from Him have ignited their lights. The lights are carried about in these imperfect, broken bodies and lives of ours, which while beinginescapably linked to their spirits in this life, did not appear in the picture I saw.Believers carry this pure spirit that has been cleansed, in the natural and spiritual, by holy blood in somemysterious way that God figured out, and that cost Him everything.
There is nothing more precious toGod than these little spirits of ours
. I had no idea of how precious my fellow believers and I are, and Iinclude everyone who is alive, because God cares for everyone and reaches out to touch them and healthem and be good to them to bring them closer.Again, I was allowed to see
how much God loves these little spirit lights
that comprise people’s cores, their essential identity. And thus the first part of the revelation > people. I can try to love better, and have more patience withpeople, in light of how God sees (and values) them. May God help us all.Let me say this by way of example. I consider longtime friends of ours, some of whom have physical oremotional difficulties and who may be lowly in the world’s eyes, as the gentle spirits who love God andgather in His Name. Tears come as I consider them. (And you have people in your life that may come tomind as patient, gentle saints of the Most High.)They may gather by habit, and they may forget many things about the gentle Primal Spirit betweengatherings and from their past with Him, but as they come and wait, and their bodies engage in socialdiscourse and they go through the mechanics of gathering together and worship and giving and whatnot, they are patient and beautiful, and they wait. They wait for the gentle spirit. When He comes, his splotch of light is not much bigger than theirs (Hemust cover His glory and errs on the side of safety for His own), but He/it is a bit different. He for some
reason takes things in, as well as feeds all. All know that He is the One. They feel His presence increaseby degrees—or quickly like a shout of glory. When the little lights begin to receive from Him it is as if they awaken. They receive quickening merelyby being with Him. Their spiritual senses recognize that they are feeding from Him once again. Theirpurpose is realized. They become enthralled by love of Him. It is not put on. It is real and seems to comefrom them, some ability and recognition He has put in them, but nonetheless is their own. Theycooperate and have learned to cooperate with the Most High.
Malachi 3:16, 17
Then they that feared the LORD spoke often one to another: and the LORDhearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared theLORD, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will sparethem, as a man spares his own son that serves him.
 A Caveat about the Seer
That would be me. Seer may sound pompous, but it’s what an elderly saint in the Lord called me. Let medeflect some of the flak that may be obfuscating things, or hinders your seeing my function.I think of it like this. When someone is raised from the dead, and there are modern examples such asthis onehttp://www.cbn.com/media/player/index.aspx?s=/vod/DR10v2as well as Jesus raising Lazarus,God and man very rarely credit the quickened person’s faith as having anything to do with the miracle.“Wow, Lazarus, that was some awesome faith you exercised in being brought back from the dead. It wasreally ‘Be it unto you according to your faith,’ and you got it going on, man!” The person was dead !!They didn’t have no faith !It is similar with a seer. God blesses them to see something in the spirit. God gives them something, andall they have to do is report what they see. In the case of the educated, their vocabulary may get in theway! In the case of the scientist, in their dry reporting, they may miss the subtlety and artistry of God!An artistic temperament, which we all have, is more conducive to sharing the wonders of God.This article now becomes an exhortation to value
people and their real and potential artistic talents!God is an artist, even as He relates to His children.
The artist is you! The Artist is among us and gives FREEDOM to praise Him creatively. It isn’t about beinggood enough, it is all about Him.
Anything you do to honor Him He receives gladly, and He is so happy you took the time.
