We as managers will lead this discussion and will be in

Is it a good idea to hire J.L. Marsh as Loan Officer in the United Arab Emirates, where the position of the woman
is different to the position of the woman as here in the United Kingdom?

Some questions which can be asked:

 Why shouldn’t we be progressive and show the United Arab Emirates that a woman has the same
qualities as the man have?
 If J.L.Marsh hasn’t got any problems with doing her job in a country like Egypt, where they saw her as
Loan officer and not as man or woman, why should she have any problems with the same job in the
United Arab Emirate?
 Will J.L.Marsh as loan officer cause any damage to the reputation of Millars Bank in the United Arab
Emirates?
 Does it matter if it is a man or a woman, or does it matter if she’s is good or not? I think the last one,
what do you think?
