Very Basic Troubleshooting

First things to check if it doesn’t work.

1. Check the cables and connectors with a tester.

2. Make sure the SD card is correctly seated.

Do this physically, not just a visual check.

3 Check that TWO (2) and only two termination jumpers are set in the network.
Do this by physically verifying that all other jumpers are set to Off.

4 Make sure that there are no network addressing duplications.

This will show up on the network inventory.

5 Make sure the network inventories match.

If the SD card is blank or has been wiped the HDU will detect this and automatically read it as a
new project, whether it is or not.
