To deploy new applications and upgrades flawlessly, companiesmust have access to critical information regarding applicationreadiness. Do you have simple visibility into project status? Areyouconfident about the thoroughness of yourtesting — andwhetherthe right metrics are being measured? When applicationsdon’t roll out smoothly, the company suffers, along with revenuesand customerservice.Mercury solves these problems with Mercury Quality CenterDashboard, which provides a complete, real-time business view intoyourIToperations. The dashboard enables you to:Manage the riskof mission-critical applications.Rapidly recognize and resolve application delivery issues.Measure application delivery effectiveness across projects, todetermine best practices.
How it Works
Mercury Quality CenterDashboard works by taking information fromMercury TestDirectorforQuality Centerand turns it into KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) that are graphically displayed via aweb browser. The dashboard uses the KPIs to automatically analyzethe project readiness data, and to show the overall health of aproject in real-time.The dashboard tells you how to measure projects by automatingtheprocess of continually gathering the data behind the KPIsandnormalizing data to enable cross-project analysis. It alsohelpsyou decide what to measure by providing pre-built KPIs thatcan be modified, as well as by helping you create yourown KPIsfromscratch. The dashboard makes it easy forpeople throughout yourITorganization to personalize which KPIs they see. Customizationmight be based on the role someone plays in the organization oronthe projects someone manages. Forexample, a QA engineermightbe interested in different KPIs than a performance engineer. Theend result is that ITproject teams can quickly ascertain projectstatus and know when projects are ready fordeployment.
Mercury Quality CenterDashboard
presents Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) in real-time,enabling users to make informed, accurate decisionsabout application deployment readiness.
Mercury Quality CenterDashboard distills information into “traffic lights”to provide aCIO view.
