This Berg case against Orly is of recent vintage. Orly is heading into areas that makes Berg’s boss Hillary a little unconfortable given her
own plans to sabotage Barry. Perhaps Berg’s efforts were her first series of salvos. She covets the W hite House, and up until Obama
bolted–like the fighter mike tyson drawn away from his white managers into the nefarious clutches of the felon Don King—she and harold
Ickes controlled the DUMBacrat purse strings and she regularly held court and disbursed funds.
Berg has aligned himself with a felon–a simple search on her name and the case against her pops up. Shame Orly has to be distracted
with this crap, but where Orly may ultimately be heading is alien territory for Hillary and her close followers which includes Berg–and
advocate and devotee. This is obviously an effort to encumber and swamp her to divert her from the powerful thrust of her legal activities.
Orly knew Holder–the Obama house boy- would never dignify her legal documents. Still she does the right thing in the right way and
YES!! experiences anger and frustration when she is stonewalled at all levels and personally attacked–and now this bogus Berg thing.
As I mentioned, where Orly could end up withn this could effect all loyal fanatics backing Barry mand Hillary. Berg was assigned Orly to act
as an anchor because with Orly’s brand of persistence there may at long last POSSIBILITY be a judge somewhere who is not a moral
eunuch and supeonas could be issued.

The people are restive this bum Barry will probably try to issue an Enabling Act like Hitler did and the congress will probably legislate itself
out of existance.
The Man’s complacency, arrogance, obliviousness and persisitence are sowing the seeds of dictatorship and concentration of power. I do
not believe this posseur is in anyway the prime mover. He has masters to answer to and is being manipulated and controlled. IOn a way
this fake, phony and fraud is a low life like his scotch drunk, bigamist. suicidal father, who lost both legs while driving frunk and with iron
legs lostbhis life while driving drunk. He was of the Luo tribe–a distinct Muslim minority in a country run by a party harking back to the
mau maus.
The question is with a woman of this drive and ability, what happens if all legal efforts fail? Indications are citizen verdict, citizen arrest and
detainment. You are not going to be able to accomplish much without large numbers and military cooperation with the ‘militia’.
GIven the current scarcity of bullets these days–many being horded by isolated militant types-, I would think Barry and his asskissers are
trying to sequester ammo.
This will unfold before the end of the year. Something must be done before he completely wrecks our country and installs himself as
dictator.
He is not as smart as aaron Burr nor as good militraily as benedict Arnold, but like them he is a traitor flaunting and spitting on the
constitution and selling this country under the guise of new world order.
He must be stopped–hopefully legally in establishing beyond reproach the criminal case against him.
If no court will handle this then we have to resort to and rely on the Peoples Court.
There will be consequences and shear numbers will count in making a difference.

Driving frunk is clearly just a typo.

However it suggests the letter was written as an emotionally based tirade and not as something
thought-out, edited and proofread.
The content of this letter also embraces the notion of taking up arms against the president and using
force by numbers.

What is in Bergs sealed case?
Did he only go after Obama to protect Hillary?

When Hillary got her deal to be Secretary of State, did Berg call off the dogs by Sealing the Case?

False claim act- means that somebody defrauded US government, government can get it’s money back
and plaintiff get’s 11% as a whistleblower. This case was not sealed at the begining. From what I recall,
he says that Obama was not a citizen at all,the government should get his salary of a senator back- I
believe it is some $700,000 for 4 years and Berg should get a customary commission as a
whistleblower- some $80,000. I don’t believe it is going anywhere. It is hard to get them to hear a case
saying that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Do you think the government will will decide that he is not
a citizen at all and will ask for his salary back and will give Berg 11%?

As you can see somebody used this record of Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, in different fashion. There were records
created for her as a female and as a male. Noteworthy is a fact, that in 1987 she is marked as deceased, and in 1990, three years
later, she is alive again. Now look at this record with the social security number belonging to Stanley Ann Dunham and a name of
Phyliss Albriktsen. Who created this record and why? It has to be somebody, who knew Dunham’s social and the name of her
classmate from WA, Phyliss Albriktsen, who was only a couple of months older then Dunham. I don’t think Phyliss created this
record. Typically people don’t know the social security numbers of their friends. Could it be Dunham herself? Could it be
“somebody” who was close to Dunham, knew her ss number and probably has seen Phyliss Albriktsen’s name somewhere in an

Now look at this Lisa Liberi, who prepared the records and the case for Phil Berg. I believe some of those records were leading
into a dead alley and association with her would ‘ve compromised the case to the point of no return, specifically because of her
history of forgery. Was she used to compromise the whole effort? What is her history? Numerous convictions of grand theft
and forgery. Just like with Obama , her records show numerous social security numbers. I am trying to ascertain where did she live
before CA- all the states, addresses and ss numbers. When exactly did she change her name to Liberi from Courville or
Richardson? When did her husband or ex-husband Brent change his name to Liberi? She claims to live in PA, but says that I
invaded her privacy by providing her address. The only address I provided was one in NM. How would it harm a person in PA if
an address of somebody in NM was disclosed? What is her real social security number? Why did she apply for a new ss number in
CA in 2000? Did she try to cover up a prior criminal record? Just a year after she got this ss number in CA (not in PA) she was
arrested on economic crimes in Rancho Cucomanga, CA. For some of these crimes she got 8 year prison term in CA, that was

reduced to probation, some are still pending trial. When did Phil Berg find out about this record? Why did he continue employing
her? Why does he still employ her? Is he being threatened by her or somebody else? Is this a threat of disclosure of facts? What
facts? From what I understand, Momma E aka Evelyn Adams and her husband JD Adams lived in CA too. Was there any
connection between them and Liberi? Did they reside in PA or NJ? Do they have any record? We really need to get to the bottom
of all of this. We don’t want any surprises in court. We need to know it all before it goes to trial.

That may be Phyliss Albriktsen’ s SS number. Since we don’t have the last 4 digits, we don’t know if they are the exact
number. Since they were classmates and the same age, they may have applied at the same time. I applied for mine in the 4th
grade ( it was through the school ). My friend who was a month older than me applied at the same time. The first 5 numbers
were the same. Just the last 4 were different

I am not an attorney, but I think I read that in order to have no surprises in court, there is a discovery phase where each side
has to show what they are bringing into court. Otherwise it cannot be discussed. This could be wrong information, but worth
finding out.

On the news last night a man received a stimulus check for his mother, he told the reporter that she died
in 1967.
The Social Security Administration doesn’t seem to be very worried about it.
I haven’t worked in several years but I don’t qualify for a stimulus check because I didn’t have income
of at least $3,000. last year or the year before.

Please write to the Social Securtiy Administration. This is a real scheme. They need to clean the records of
the social security numbers of the deceased or people having numerous numbers. We have seen Obama with
numerous SS numbers, we have seen Lisa Liberi with numerous ss numbers. These schemes brake the back of
our economy. Demand from your state and US representatives and senators to clean up SSA schemes,
immediate audit of ss rolls, purging of all ss numbers of the deceased or multiple numbers and vigorous
prosecution for the ss fraud and identity theft. Keep in mind that even theft of the ss number of the deceased
is an identity theft

over a month now Lisa Ostella had no affiliation with Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, however she has
been sending e-mails from Defend Our Freedoms and collecting donations. If you are a donor and received
such solicitations or have given a donation believing that it went to Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, you
were defrauded, since such donations from at least April 11 or possibly earlier date went to the pocket of Lisa
Ostella and benefited the household of Lisa and Frnak (Mario) Ostella. If you received such solicitation or

Orly, my first donation to you (somewhere around January 26) was via PayPal. It went to Lisa Ostella
@ hotmail.com. I mentioned this on the other website when the brouhaha first appeared. My computer
died on April 12, and I went out of town on April 13; and I was totally in the dark when everything
exploded… I couldn’t understand what was going on (accessing the old website from a different
computer in another state where I was visiting).
One thing I noticed, and unfortunately didn’t make a copy of was a “back and forth email” between
Lisa Ostella and someone (who I thought was a male & the webmaster)… which shows how
completely in the dark I was if Lisa was actually the webmaster. There was a weblink in Lisa’s email
(which I can’t remember exactly anymore), and which I followed (it referenced a bird, or flying…
wings of freedom, or something). The weblink took me to Duncan Hunter’s congressional race website.

I was astounded! And wondered what was the connection between Lisa Ostella & Duncan Hunter (Sr.);
it just didn’t make any sense. I blew it off, assuming she worked there and was volunteering for Defend

Unfortunately, since I came back from vacation, and reinstalled my computer, I’ve lost everything that
might have referenced it. And, I’ve tried to locate the website I’d found, but have been unsuccessful.
Also, since I wasn’t savvy enough to figure out what was going on, I was still frequenting the old
website (along w/ one of your former supporters). When I defended Orly I was personally attacked.
After attempting to defend myself, the lightbulb finally went off (they kept calling me an Obot). [One
person who popped up again and verified my suspicions was someone who I'd been having heated
discussions about ACORN w/ weeks earlier. He thought dismantling ACORN wasn't necessary because
they weren't relevant. He claimed to be a Ron Paul democrat. I don't think so, because I think Ron Paul
recognizes ACORN to be a threat.] Anyway, I think many of them were from the Left (the tactics/ruse
they use are name calling & character assassination), and had been on the website back when it was
legit. But, I don’t understand the association w/ Lisa. But then, if she is guilty of diverting funds, then
chances are she could have easily been talked into or coerced into conducting further illegal activites.
You’re a stronger woman than I am, Dr. Orly Taitz. Please keep up the fight. I think a lot of your
supporters have been misplaced, due to the website change and the continual assassination of your
character. I hope they all find their way back. (It also appears that some of the unsavory may have
come over here as well.) Meanwhile, the birth certificate controversy continues to be discussed and
followed on other websites…

Defend our freedoms is a non profit registered under my name. Lisa Ostella, the web master, was
supposed to regisrer the domain under my name, instead she entered her e-mail address
GoexcellGlobal. She keeps the domain and solicits donations by defrauding the non-profit organization.
When people donate, they believe, that they donate to my effort, for me to travel to different states,
lobby officials, file legal actions, instead she is diverting the donations to her own pocket by fraud and
she and her husband benefit from defrauding me and my foundation. That is why the police needs to
investigate. This is a criminal matter. I have sent a cease and desist letter to her, as well as Berg and
Evelyn Adams aka Momma E. I have advised Berg, that he is being promoted by one that is defrauding
my foundation. The proper thing for Berg was to stop advertising on this site. Filing a frivolous and
malicious law suit, is a dumb stunt, that will backfire against him and Liberi and Ostella and Adams in
the long run. No decent person should have links on that site.

Weren’t you still at the the Dr. Orly blog in December 2008, and then Defend Our Freedoms
Foundation was incorporated in February 2009, after you moved your blog.
It’s really hard to tell who’s using whose name or who thought of it first. But, I think the name goes to
the first publicly registered user from back in 2008. I could be wrong, I’m not a lawyer.

No Lisa Ostella is not telling the truth. I have submitted an application for registration with the State of
Ca in December, I -e-mailed Ostella a copy of registration that I mailed to the state of Ca (I have a

copy on file) and she registered the domain afterwards. She needs to stop this outrageous behavior
before she and her husband will be found liable for damages and ordered to pay treble damages for
fraud. Berg is simply compromised by his association with Liberi, her criminal record, her probation
violations and he is pulling everybody down. When I have sent a cease and desist letter, he was
supposed to advise Lisa Ostella to return the domain to my foundation and start her own blog under a
different name. What he did was a legal malpractice. He advised his clients wrong and exposed them
and their husbands to serious criminal and financial liability.

When you say “Taken Over”, as reference (as I interpret it), means, she by force or by some other
forceful means, took over your website unbeknownst to you.
Did you give here or grant her permission to be the webmaster of your site? Or did she simply do it
herself, then realized she was a fraud later?

I think I understand the situation a little more. However, this is needless to say, cumbersome, painful to
witness and prickly as a thorn in the hind end of a horse. This is the least of all hurdles any Attorney
fighting to expose Barry/Obama needs to battle…

I allowed her to be the webmaster, but as i decided to go to another server she refused to release the
domain and started sending e-mails to readers, soliciting donations and pocketing them

this is important. look at the link. It shows the states that require paper trail of the electronic voting.
We need to do a couple of things.
1. Lets check those 100 addresses with 25 social security numbers for Obama, how did they vote? What I
mean: Did they vote? What residences on file?
2. We need to start checking from OH- swing state and SOS Jennifer Brunner was completely out of control,
she was allowing people to vote with the address of park in the bench. Buss loads of people were coming
from out of state, how many of them were bench in the park inhabitants?
3. I was curious about those several ss numbers of Lisa Liberi, any voting? In any states?

Follow up on disappearing information and planted information.

I just got an e-mail from a woman by name Sue, I believe she is a lawyer. She is saying that when she entered
my name in the ABA registry, it was not there. Did somebody erase my name from their on line registry to
make me look not credible? Who did it?
What do we have so far:
1 Disinformation was planted one day before the election about a VA judge supposedly checking Obama’s
birth certificate and finding it to be valid and all challenges frivolous. No such case ever existed, it was a
planted fraud to create an illusion of Obama’s legitimacy and discourage McCain voters one day before the

2. one day after the election my case Lightfoot v Bowen was erased from the docket of the Supreme Court.
On march 13th I provided this info to chief Justice Roberts and nothing was done.
3. my blog drorly.blogspot.com was destroyed. As readers tried to make comments, it would crush. Google
Jawa js -kit was blamed for it by the former web master Lisa Ostella, but nobody knows, what was the reason
4. next blog defendourfreedoms.is went down several times- nobody knows why
5. e-mail address connected to my pay-pal was changed
6. my name is not on the ABA roster,even though it was supposed to be there
7. I discover 100 addresses for Obama, linked to 25 different ss numbers, report it to Holder, Mueller,
Sullivan, Roberts- no response
8. I discover 130 current job positions for Obama, report it – no response (dossier 1)
9. I confront William Chatfield- director of selective service with numerous evidence of forgery in Obama’s
selective service certificate- no response (Dossier4)
10. Forensic document examiner Sandra Ramsey Lines provides information and affidavit that
Obama’sCertificate of Live Birth cannot be relied upon as genuine, I report it- no response (dossier 1 and 6)
10. Somebody erases from the National databases 110 addresses and job positions for Obama and Michelle
Obama, after those were already reported by me (Dossier 7)
11. somebody creates a a Scott Easterling blog and e-mail to assassinate the character of my plaintiff active
duty officer Scott Easterling and defame me and other plaintiffs- it is reported, no response (dossier 1)
12. I uncover that Lisa Liberi, assistant for Philip Berg has an extensive criminal record in the state of CA,
including forgery of documents and grand theft. It was reported that Liberi was born in the state of WA (I am
verifying). Liberi has numerous social security numbers. Was she planted to discredit the whole effort? I
report it to Berg and recommend to go together to FBI and demand investigation and to hire a forensic
document examiner to check all the docs handled by her. Instead Berg is filing a frivolous malicious law suit
against me and everybody around, trying to intimidate me and trying to keep me quite.
13. Berg is trying to obfuscate the truth by posting his office address in the pleadings as hers even though she
lives in Santa Fe NM and corresponds with Berg by e-mails and phone while she is being supervised by the
Santa Fe probation officers.
14. My husband just told me, that somebody posted on the Internet information from our children’s birth
certificates. How could that happen? Here I am working 24/7, trying to unseal Obama’s BC with a compelling
and a legitimate reason and nobody in our corrupt establishment does a thing, and on the other hand
somebody can unseal my children’s BC’s with no legitimate reason. Why? To intimidate me some more? To
threaten my kids? To show me that somebody can do what ever he …likes and I cannot do a … about it?
15. Last year tampering into passport records of presidential candidates was announced. 3 employees were
fired. I talked to one of them, he said nothing wrong was done, he sounded pretty scared. One of the people
involved Lt. Harris was found dead, shot in the head.

Will there be an end to this. I refuse to believe that we don’t have any decent people in our law enforcement-
there has to be somebody in FBI, CiA, police, sheriffs, judges, US attorneys, Atty generals, DAs, state and US
representatives, senators, SOS, governors. We need one person to sign the …subpoenas.It has to be done

In re to FBI, I called recently the cyber crimes detective Nathan Le, who was assigned to my case, where this
banner in Arabic, showing hanging of Saddam Hussein appeared on the site of a man, who initiated erasing
of an article about me from the Wikipedia. Detective Le told me, that he needs to talk to his supervisor John
Haas 714-542-8825. All the info was given to him, but I believe this man is simply lazy and incompetent.
When I talked to him last month, I told him to look up something on his computer, he said that he is rather
new, he has been at this department only three months and the Internet is not hooked up to his computer yet.
when I started laughing, he didn’t even get the irony, in the fact that the supervisor of the cyber crimes unit is
on the job for three moths and doesn’t have the Internet hooked up yet?!? Guys, we are really in good hands!
I called the police, Teresa Standiford is assigned to my case. She told me to file a new report about the threats.
The rest should be in Santa Fe as Liberi resides there.
North Brunswick police needs somebody to actually come to the station and file a report there. Does
anybody live close and can go to the station and file?
This nightmare has to end soon. Look the way our economy is being destroyed and our National Security is
being destroyed. We have to find somebody, who would do the right thing. I see that Cheney started speaking
up. He still has a lot of connections. Biden blubbered that Cheney left Obama’s BC in the desk. Well, Mr.
Cheney, it’s time.

Stay strong, Dr. Taitz. I am attempting to send the “Cavalry” to aid you. I am so sorry for the atrocities
which are occurring in your life. I was really disappointed about Mr. Berg’s action against you recently,
but now I am just as disappointed that Supreme Court Justice, Roberts, is ignoring the “face to face”
commitments he promised you, and which was reported on. I presume Justice Scalia is doing the same.
You are an amazingly brave woman not to be ignored.

Response to a reader in re to SCOTUS

I got an e-mail from a reader by name Sue in re to SCOTUS and clerk Danny Bickel. this is a response. I have
never stated that Bickel tampered with evidence. I have stated that he refused to forward to Chioef Justice
Roberts one of two supplemental briefs.
I stated that hundreds of citizens saw my case on the docket on the 20th before the inauguration and it was
erased on the 21st. I forwarded to Roberts numerous e-mails from outraged citizens. Some even prepared
affidavits. One of the citizens, who observed it, was an attorney licensed with SCOTUS. She called SCOTUS
and complained.
When the citizens called, clerks lied. Some said, that it was a computer glitch that affected all of the cases. It
was not true, since other cases were there.
I talked to Danny Bickel. He called me on my cell. At first he said that my case never disappeared from the

docket and I told him that it is not true and numerous citizens have called and reported it. Then he asked me
to contact my supporters and tell them not to call the Supreme Court, that he reentered the case. He accused
me of posting his number and telling people to call. I told him, it was not true as well. It was January 22. He
thought that I was posting on the blog. I told him, that I am in TX, appearing pro hac vice for Jody
Brockhausen on another Obama ilegitimacy case and I am filing a complaint withthe TX Assistant US
Attorney Chris Peel and US attorney for Criminal matters Richard Durbin. I told Danny Bickel, that I wasn’t
on the Internet or my blog all day long, that I didn’t have time to sleep or breathe. It is outrageous that the
clerks are lying and claiming that it didn’t happen. It happened. There was a long thread on my blog. Lisa
Ostella needs to return the domain to me so everyone can see this blog without me having to waste time and
reenter from hard copies. Roberts has the evidence-he and other justices are officers of the court. William
Sutteris an officer of the court. It is their duty to go on the the record and demand officialinvestigation. They
need to demand official investigation by the FBI and the Department of Justice. This is the biggest scandal in
the history of the Supreme Court , this is their Watergate- or Obamagate if you will, and I will not rest,
until Iget the name of the person, who erased my case Lightfoot v Bowen from the docket of the Supreme
Court. This is not a Chicago Mafia, this is not a communist Soviet Union (at least I hope so). The integrity of
SCOTUS is undermined and sweeping this under the rug will not cut it. I hope that every law abiding citizen
will call and demand Easterling et al v Obama et al entered on the docket and a statement from either Chief
Justice Roberts or Chief Clerk Sutterregarding commencement of official investigation into erasing from the
docket right after inauguration of my Obama’s illegitimacy for presidency case Lightfoot v Bowen.

I don’t mean to interupt your busy schedule… but you want us to down-load your dossiers and send

You can also send to the state and us representatives and senators. The judicial committees of state and
us houses of representatives and senates have a subpoena power. We need one signed subpoena for his
vital records. I refuse to believe that 305 million citizens are unable to get one …signed subpoena. And
thank you for the donation.

The Bilderbergers handpicked this guy, BC or no BC, and they’re not going to let you unseat him. They
control the central banks of the world, the Federal Reserve System in the U.S., the big media, the
POTUS, the SCOTUS and most members of Congress. They control academia, most of the higher
courts and much of the crony capitalist banks and corporations.
They control about 75% – maybe more – of the world’s wealth.
