SUMMARY OF THE CASE
The district court granted a preliminary injunction against agroup boycott instituted by the NFL and its 32 member teams in themarket for player services. The court concluded, among other things, that the boycott is a
 per se
violation of the Sherman Act, and that it iscausing severe and immediate harm to the players, which cannot beremedied by damages alone. The issue on appeal is whether the districtcourt abused its discretion in granting the injunction. The Court has scheduled this case for oral argument on June 3,2011 and has allotted 30 minutes of argument per side.
