Summerhill Homes Feb 1993-May 1994Design concept through construction completion bringing one of Summerhills mostsuccessful projects to an on-time, on-budget first phase completion mark. The project was in-fill with an underground parking garage for 76 above-grade condominium units (podium-type construction) comprised of 12 buildings with open walkways and planting areas above the parking garage. Key responsibilities included:Supervision and coordination all constructions activities from initial excavation through turnover to sales & marketing. Worked with all related parties in a successful and positive manner to ensure minimal impact on subcontractors documents and monetary relations (change orders). I was hired for this project by Lewis Patterson, V.P Construction, who was the V.P of Construction with Lincoln Properties/PBMC on my initial terms of employment in southern California upon acquiring my Const. Mgt. Degree in 1986.This project was a second term of employment with Summerhill, worked as an assistant superintendent for in-fill project in Foster City, Ca. The project was comprised of eleven post-tension slab foundation buildings for 48 condominium units.This project was completed on-time and on-budget.
