One of the best teams in the college at the moment is without doubt
the women's basketball team. Already 11-3, they seem set to emulate
their highly successful 1988-89 season.
The Lady Lakers are ranked seventh in the eastern part of the
country.The team is ranked number one in thecountry for three pointers
scored. It's also the best for defending field goals from the floor. Cheryl
Tomczak is the third best field goal shooter in the country. Lisa Maxson
is the fourth highest overall scorer in thecountry. She is on track to break
