We can literally save Millions of dollars almost immediately by doing three simple things to our schools. I exterminate schools in Tennessee. I inspect the inside and outside of these schools on a monthly basis. Three things can be done and this will free up millions to be used for hiring more teachers, buying computers, supplies, boilers, etc. Three simple procedures and we would (not could, would) save Millions of dollars. It's a crying shame.
