Data Analysis
(Job Analysis using Questionnaire Method)

A variety of methods are used to collect


information about Data Analysis. However,
Questionnaire method is widely used
Method for analyzing of data.

The Researcher can used following


method for data analysis
• Personal Observation.
• Interview
• Questionnaire.
However, While doing analysis the
researcher should adhere to the
following points .

a)The analyst must observe average workers during

average conditions.

b)The analyst should observe without getting directly


involved in the job.

c)The analyst must make note of the specific job needs


and not the behaviors specific to particular workers.

d)The analyst must make sure that he obtains a proper


sample for generalization.
While doing this , we found the main component
while doing job is…….
On the basis of this we have plot eight questions
and ask for 10 employees from 10 MNC’s
Working in finance departments and operating
from Mumbai.
And we have following primary data with us.

• Is company Welfare activities are sufficient?
• Is work allocation amongst employees is well allocated?
• Is promotion policy is in existence?
• if yes is transparency is maintain while promoting?
• Is increment and other monetary benefits are available?
If yes are they satisfactory?
• How strictly the line of command is adopted?
• (Yes –General / No- Strict)
• What type of communication is followed?
• (Yes-Informal , No-Formal )
Summary

On the basis of the Data Formulation We


have observed that –

-60 % Employees are Unsatisfied with


Job.

-30 % Employees are Satisfied with job.

-10% Employees have no opinion.
