1. Straight Hang with feet together


2. Heels kick back 12” (3 reps) “Legs together”
3. Heels  Toes reach to 12” (3 reps)
4. Cues “Back, Front, Back, Knees Up” (3-5 reps)

5. Teaching Hip Explosion from the ground


6. Ground – 4 reverse crunch (get butt off the ground)
7. Feet down with butt off the ground
8. Combine – Reverse crunch and land with feet down and
butt up
