Vacuum Secondary fully open 2000 rpm.
Vacuum Secondary starts to open 1300 rpm.
Exceeding single fuel pump delivery rate at ~6000 rpm ~1 L/min
Idle fuel consumption 12.72 cc per min @ 770-895 rpm over 2:45
