NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town of Irondequoit is seeking bids for the following items.

Bids will be opened in the Town Clerks Office at the time and date stated below. Bids must be received prior to the time shown at the Office of the Town Clerk, 1280 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617 (585) 467-8840. This project is funded under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program as administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to the provisions of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 as amended and other CDBG Program regulations. Prospective bidders should review the CDBG requirements included in the contract documents. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Presidents Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. The successful bidder must be an equal opportunity employer, must meet all appropriate State and Federal standards, and comply with all relevant governmental regulations.
