The news report stated that two young men died in Luclcnow after inhaling poisonous gases when they were sent down to clean on underground drain without face masks or any other safety equipment. The incident took place in front of the residence of PWD Minister NaseemuddinSiddiqui on VilcramadityaMarg, a VIP aree, on I6-06-2011. The spot is less than a kilometer away from Chief Minister's house. No FIR has been registered in the incident and in absence of the FIR the Lucknow Municipal Corporation is disowning the
