Ans:Follow the steps a)Go to Configuration Menu

b)Go to Polling Templates

c)Go to availability Template

d)Edit Availability Polling Template

U will get the following screen

e)Click on associate object

f)Then click on add objects g)After adding objects then click on next h)Then U will enter into Threshold setting

I)Then click on next and U will enter into Notification menu.Uncheck Enable Notification(This Notification used when mails are required from devices)

j)Then click on Next,U will enter into Action Setting.Uncheck Enable Action

k)Then click on Next and U will enter into Engine Settting menu.Check all the options and then click on Exit.

l)Go to administrator menu

m)Then go to Services

Then go to service console

And the start the option Availability polling option to run the services.

Que2)How to configure Ping polling when a new device is to be added in Capstone? Ans:After adding the node there is a option in left column as Polling Templates

Select availability polling option as as Availability Polling Template and then exit
