 Los alumnos debes sentirse cmodos en un clima de cooperacin, optimismo, alegra. Crear conciencia de la importancia del ingls en el mundo de los estudios posteriores, ciencia, tecnologa, informtica, investigacin. Utilice frases como stas: Well done - Your effort shows - Grade a student - Terrific - Good work. Carteles en el aula como: Dare to think! Dare to be great effort always leads to personal satisfaction, thats to say to success You can if you want to Look at yourself in the mirror. Thats the most important person in the world.

El estudiante se siente motivado cuando el profesor: Sabe escuchar sus problemas con inters. Demuestra sencillez y amplio conocimiento no slo del rea de Ingles sino otras disciplinas. Alto sentido humano, emocin social, inters y preocupacin por sus estudiantes. Select teachers, talking pupils. Invita a conversar sin temor. Es justo.

The songs were chosen according the melody that the students knew, it means that the melody should be familiar to the students, so we adapted it to Peruvian folk music. Its learning was in fragments, after that they repeated the song many times and later the students memorized the chorus of the songs.
