I like this simple outline of direct for the case it was used for. While I don't know the case, i.e., facts and specific legal issues involved, I can easily tell written contracts, real property, moretransactions, etc., are involved. I really like the author's placement of the proof s/he specifically wants to prove by eliciting testimony of this witness.
