Concurrent Engineering
Concurrent engineering is a systematic and multidisciplinary approach that simultaneously integrates the different phases of product development and the management of its processes. These processes include :
the identification of customer needs specification of product performance requirements design of the product and its manufacturing processes and fabrication of the product (quality, cost, productivity and user requirements).

Marketing manager or product marketing manager: marketing manager has the ultimate responsibility for development of the product and represents the major link between the product and the customers. Design detailer : detailing the product and developing the manufacturing and assembly documentation. Testing engineer: The testing engineer aids the design engineer in developing test apparatus, performing experiments and gathering data in development of the product.
