BOARD RESOLUTION FOR SPONSORSHIP OF CIMB MONTHLY SALES CAMPAIGN FOR AWAM-I @3.98% Pursuant to the above mentioned, we seek Board Approval for Koperasi Tanjong Keramat Kota Kinabalu Berhad to support our business partner CIMB in their marketing campaign to drive aggressively their AWAM-I Financing program with us. Campaign is aimed to push CIMB marketing/Sales activities to counter our main competitors namely Bank Rakyat/MBSB and to boost business with the current attractive rate of 3.98%. At 3.98% CIMB foresee would affect their revenue margins which will impact sales staff commission. The sponsorship is also aimed to increase sales staff morale in order to achieve growth in sales numbers. Conservatively we expect to achieve a minimum RM600 million disbursements in this campaign, which is deem achievable. There would be marginal impact to our bottom line revenue income as per attached analysis.
