Plaintiffs allegethat Defendant intentionally intercepted data packets, including payload data, from Plaintiffs’ Wi-Finetworks utilizing specially designed packet sniffer software installed on Defendant’s Google StreetView vehicles.Presently before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
