Post III an-nounced the Fortune 500 company and Louisiana have entered into an incentiveagreement for CenturyLink to remain headquartered in Monroe, to expand its head-quarters and to produce 800 new jobs in the state by 2016. These positions will be inaddition to the 350-job expansion announced in late 2009, so by 2016 the incentiveagreement calls for the company to have added nearly 1,150 new jobs in Northeast Lou-isiana beyond its employment level in mid-2009.
