Hello there Venturers, DFvolunteers, adults, Woodies oneand all! We're very glad to have youhear for venturer camp 2010. Tisyear's theme is 'Futures'. Te Venturer Council and programteam decided that, to help focusour thinking and dreaming withinthis theme we would build a wholenew nation of the future for tendays, based on the principles thatventurers hold dearest, shaped byyou as the time progresses. Wecalled it Vtopia. Tis booklet isyour 'Passport to Vtopia', itincludes a map, an explanation of the incredible centres which makeup our new nation, a breakdown of workshops, activities and eventswhich are taking place each dayand a few other fun bits and bobs.Tere is SO much stuﬀ for youguys to get stuck in with, and weneed YOU to make this Vtopia areality. People should not get intoxicatedNo-one is to drink alcoholic drinks over15%.No consumption of alcohol beforeteatime/dinnertime or in the central area atany time.No smoking in buildings, tents, ormarquees.Please keep ﬁres to the designated spotsand don't damage live trees for ﬁrewood ordig holes.Put rubbish in the right bins and help theplanet!Te camping areas are designated quietareas between 23.30 and 08.00everyday/night.We view everyone as an equal and respectour diﬀerences. Don't pressurize, don'tdiscriminate.idy up after yourselves.No means no, respect each other and staysafe.Illegal drugs remain illegal on camp.Keep these in mind as you enjoy this amazingcamp and make an eﬀort to include everyonein doing so!
