Ba’rukh a’tah Adonai Eloheinu me’lekh ha’o’lam, a’sher b’ma’a’ma’ro ba’ra sh’cha’qim,uv’ru’ach piv khal tz’va’am. Choq uz’man na’tan la’hem she’lo y’sha’nu et taf ’qi’dam.Sa’sim us’mei’chim la’a’sot r’tzon qo’nam, po’eil e’met shep’u’la’to e’met. Ba’rukh a’tah Adonai,m’cha’deish cha’da’shim.Blessed are You,Adonai our Elohim, King of the universe, Whose word created theheavens, Whose breath created all that they contain. Statutes and seasons He set for them, that they should not deviate from their assigned task. Happily, gladly they do thewill of their creator, Whose work is dependable. To the moon He spoke: “Renewyourself, crown of glory for those who were carried in the womb, who also are destinedto be renewed, and to extol their creator for His glorious sovereignty.” Blessed are You, Adonai, Who renews the months.

Lifts up the needy from the ash heap; 8That he may set him with princes, Even with the princes of his people. 9 He settles thebarren woman in her home, As a joyful mother of children. Praise ADONAI!

1 When Yisra'el went forth out of Mitzrayim, The house of Ya`akov from a people of foreign language; 2 Yehudah became his sanctuary, Yisra'el his dominion. 3 The seasaw it, and fled. The Yarden was driven back. 4 The mountains skipped like rams, Thelittle hills like lambs. 5 What was it, you sea, that you fled?
