Even though the art and science of Ayurveda had been among us from theearliest of times most of us are not aware of the actual beneficial propertiesthat this provides us. From Yoga to Herbal medicines to the Relaxationtechniques makes us aware of how complex, but very easy to follow, thisactually is. Introduction
Sri Lanka is an island located in theIndian Ocean on the equator wherethe weather is nearly constantthroughout the whole year except for the mild monsoon showers that fallupon different parts of the countryduring different times of the year thusmaking this an all year rounddestination. The climate variationwithin the country is also greatlyvaried. Down South experiences the sea breezes, the up country chilly air and spectacular greenery view of the hills and valleys and the dryness of the Northern Province.
About Stress in thisWorld
Human Beings live a very stressful life with the recent advancement of modern technology. Their jobs are now mainly their life which gives themvery little rest and home life to spend with ones own. The pollution broughtabout by this is so immense that their health and livelihood are very muchnegatively affected.This brings us as to why Sri Lanka is an ideal place for relaxation and to justget away from it all. People visiting here from the western countries andother developed nations do not have the luxury of seen greenery and wildlifein such vast amounts.
