The Baptist Foundation of Arizona

BFA was the donated managing arm of the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention (ASBC). It was a movement started in 1948 by a Baptist minister under tumultuous conditions, but it was continued under a renewed leadership by Bill Crotts, the Baptist ministers son, in 1982 Crotts didnt only rely on endowments from its solicitors but borrowed large amount from Arizona Baptist Convention (ASBC) and convinced eleven thousand (11,000) elderly church members to invest their life savings and also their retirement funds in order to help who are those in need. And then Crotts invested those money to outside investors. These companies received the investments and used the funds in their transactions. The amount solicited by Crotts is now used as dealing money to other investors. These deals made possible the transfer of the church members' investments into the business of BFA as legal cash inflow. . In addition, BFAs real purpose, which was building churches and helping poor members of church congregations, was forsaken for self-serving purposes.
