2 Options for Fundraisers

OPTION 1

Have a custom pendant made.Either use your logo, have someone create artwork or use a photo.For example, I have one client who uses the artwork from their son whothe foundation is in memory of. Other ideas include awareness ribbons, aphrase, a photo that represents your cause, other photo or artwork, etc. Ican help you brainstorm ideas if needed.

Either I can make a flyer for your organization to pre-sell the pendants or Ican make an amount of pendants that you can purchase at wholesalepricing and you sell cash and carry.

The best part is that I will keep your image on file, and you can continueto sell the pendants and place minimum orders with me at any time. (Aslong as you order 10 or more pendants, you will continue to receive the50% discount.)

Pricing with Minimum order of 10

Scrabble Tile Pendants $ 7.50 each

Glass Tile Pendants $12.50 each

Cords $ 2.00 each

(Cord order must accompany an order for pendants. I do not sell themwholesale normally separately.)

Suggested Retail Price of pendants:

Glass Tile Pendants $25.00

Cords $ 4.00

If you pre-sell the pendants with flyers, if you receive orders of 10 pendantsor more, you will receive 50% off the sales.Payment is required when I deliver the pendants.

Example Scenario:

You sell 50 scrabble pendants, 25 glass pendants and 75 cords. The totalretail for the order is $750.00 for the scrabble pendants, $625.00 for theglass pendants and $300 for the cords for a grand retail total of $1,675.00.You should collect the money at the time of the orders. When I deliveryour order, you would pay me $837.50, leaving $837.50 profit for yourorganization.

(Note: If your organization is non-profit, I need your exemption number oryou’ll need to collect sales tax, which I will in turn forward to the state.)
