systemsofthe

courts
to
the
degreethat
such
systemsseriouslyundenninetheHuman Constitutional andCivilRights
of
the
people Banking
Regulation andtheRule
of
Law
As
detailed
in
the
pressreleases linkedbelow conditionsthat
now
prevail
in
the
US
courtsareparticularlyhannful
to

filers who
seekremedy
for
allegedabuseoftheirrights
in
the
US
courts.[ ]
Attemptsto
seekcorrectiveactionsthroughthe
US
courtsthemselveswereunsuccessful.

Conditions
whichnow
prevail
in
the
US
courts
stand
in
starkcontrastwiththelawsenacted
by
the
US
Congress presidentialdirectives andregulationspertaining
to
thevalidationandauthentication
of
recordssystems
in
theExecutiveBranch.

apparentthatthoroughreview
of
therecordssystemswould
be
alengthyprocess
and
implementation
of
the
necessarycorrectivemeasures
even
longer.However Irequestthatyourofficerespond
within
30
days
on
thisimportant
matter atleastregardingyourintent ifany

simulatedPACERdockets,
and
simulatedcourtorders
and
judgments,
whichthe
clerks
of
the
US
courtsrefuse
to
certify.

andpubliclyrecognizedfonusofdigitalsignatures
of

and
