Set Up Your Password & Webmail 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Open your internet browser and go to https://pset.crossmark.com. Complete the information on the screen. Click on the Reset Password button. Write down the temporary password that the system gives you. Go to https://webmail.crossmark.com and log into your e-mail account by entering your CROSSMARK user name and the temporary password in the appropriate fields. a. NOTE: Enter CROSSMARK as the domain name, a back slash (\), and then the same username you were assigned by CROSSMARK [firstname.lastname]. Click on Options at the bottom left corner of the screen to display the Options screen. Scroll down to the Password section and click on the Change Password button. Follow these steps: a. Enter the domain: CROSSMARK b. Enter the account name: [firstname.lastname] c. Enter your old password: The temporary password you received d. Enter your new password: At least 4 letters and two numbers e. Confirm your new password Write down your new password.

Complete CROSSMARK 101: SalesTrak Certification and My Team Training To help prepare you for your new job, you must complete two types of CROSSMARK training before heading into the field: SalesTrak Certification and My Team Training. To do this, you need to access SalesTrak, our web-based application that allows you to view, schedule, find and report work in order to be paid. How to Access SalesTrak & Your Team-Specific Training 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Open your internet browser and go to http://vp.crossmark.com. Click on the Login button. Enter your CROSSMARK user name and password. Click on the OK button to access SalesTrak. On the SalesTrak navigation bar, click on Links My Training. On the My Training navigation bar, click CROSSMARK Events and choose Walmart / Sams. Click the big CROSSMARK 101 button. Complete all modules of the SalesTrak Certification and My Team Training (Step 1 and 2).

Scheduling the SalesTrak Certification and Events 101 Training 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. On the SalesTrak navigation bar, click on the Find Project Assigned Not Scheduled link. Locate the certification project (appears as your name under the Location heading). Click on the task to expand the details of the project. Click on the Schedule link to add the project to your schedule. Repeat steps 2-4 for the Events 101 Training project.

Reporting the SalesTrak Certification and Events 101 Training 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. On the SalesTrak navigation bar, click on the Report Store Visit link. Locate the survey projects (appear as your name). Click on the Report This Store link. In the Store Visit Date text box, enter the date that you scheduled the survey to be completed. NOTE: You can also use the calendar icon to select the date. Under the Project Task section, click on the Report link. Complete the survey (appears in a new window), making note of your start and end times. In the Total Project Minutes box, enter your total minutes to complete the survey, including the time it took you to watch the training video. Click on the Save button.
