I love to cook. Some years ago, I grew interested when I started to date my second wife, Debbie. Much of our time together for years was spent cooking wonderful meals for friends and families in our kitchen in Greenwich Village.
Copper and cast iron pots and pans were everywhere. Henkel knives. Waterford crystal. Wedgewood china. Beautiful silverware. It was a rotating gourmet feast for one and all.
Everyone fought to get invited to our dinner parties. They were a blend of wonderful food beautifully prepared and presented with accompanying wines and liqueurs.
Now years later, in my home in Pennsylvania, I live with my wife, Sharon and our son, Jack. Our busy lives don’t allow for gala dinner parties. Instead, we try to have easy to prepare meals that are still flavorful and enjoyable (although takeout chicken occasionally sneaks into the house).
In 2010, I started to publish short reports like this one that include easy to make and flavorful recipes . . . easy recipes my friends who never visit the kitchen except to throw out take out containers can make.
In this guide, we have tackled shrimp recipes that are traditional or interesting, yet still not difficult to make. We have many more recipes at www.How2Cook.info
