Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone therapy takes you to a deeper state of relaxation. Therapists place stones

Its also suitable for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage.
The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles without using

SALON & DAY SPA POLICIES

Cancellations

We request that 24 hours notice of cancellations for single services and 48 hours
notice of cancellations for spa packages and group events. A credit card number is
required to schedule reservations for two or more services. If you fail to cancel and
do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
If we are able to fill your appointment time there will be no charge.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you
can complete our client information profile while you relax with a complementary
beverage.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times
and will be responsible for the full service time.

For Your Comfort

Our spa has been designed to promote relaxation; it is not a suitable environment
for children, pagers or the use of cell phones. To enjoy the full benefits of your visit,
please advise your spa professional of any health conditions or medications you are
taking. Snacks and beverages are always available during your visits.

Gratuity

Gratuity for professional services is not included in prices. Envelopes are available at
the front desk.

We welcome the opportunity to pamper your staff. Please inquire with our spa
coordinators for all day spa rental pricing. In house catering is available to make
your event a relaxing experience.

For The Brides

We pride ourselves on our experience with bridal hair and makeup. We provide
in house accommodations for your wedding party as well as on location services.
Location services require a trial run. We offer a variety of makeup and hair services
while allowing extended appointment times to better serve you on your special day.
