Making Square Envelopes

For a 4-1/4 x 4-1/4 card

1. Cut a 7-1/2 x 7-1/2 square.

2. Score each side on the diagonal at 3 (shown in pencil here)

3. Trim out the inner corners of envelope.

4. Fold each ap toward the middle along score lines. 6. Apply a strip of adhesive tape along both edges of the bottom ap & adhere it on top of the side aps.

5. Secure two side aps to each other with adhesive where the points overlap.

7. Use a corner rounder to round the tip of the top ap.

8. Finally I like to decorate the ap of my envelopes to go along with my cards.

3x 3 cards: 5-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of paper, score on the diagonal at 2-1/2 each side 4x 4 cards: 6-1/2 x 6-1/2 piece of paper, score on the diagonal at 2-1/2 each side 5x 5 cards: 8-1/2 x 8-1/2 piece of paper, score on the diagonal at 3-3/8 each side
