The Police State in America

Society has drastically changed in innumerable forms. Why is America a police state? The reasons are plenty. We have TSA workers molesting innocent people. Innocent activists have been illegally monitored in our day via fusion centers and intelligence agencies. The prison industrial complex regularly dehumanizes people in extreme exploitation plus torture. People expressing their free speech rights have been harassed and rights violated with LRAD weapons, frivolous lawsuits, and other methods of nepotism. Certain anti-civil liberty laws are here that violate our fundamental human rights. There are DHS and the military working alongside local law enforcement causing an illegal, immoral mixture of the military and the police. Innocent people have been arrested all of the time and police brutality is still a serious American problem (not just for people of color, but for everybody). Therefore, a slick police state still exists among the American landscape. One thing that I dont respect is that some brainwashed people & sellouts say that its 2011, so slavery is over. Thats a lie since slavery is still here in the Third World, Europe, and yes in America (via sex slavery rings and the whole nine yards). Also, mental slavery is a serious problem in the Western world too. Mental slavery deals with people being ashamed of what they are, so they use unnecessary surgeries to look more Eurocentric. Mental slavery includes: murdering innocent people, sucking up to some people while hating their own ethnic heritage, disrespecting women, disrespecting men, supporting materialism, and trying to be like the world (when the worldly culture is wicked). The struggle continues since fascism isn't dead yet. Fascism (that is a part of authoritarianism) is evil since it allows a select group of people to control how human beings act, think, to love, to believe in, and other means of living their lives or achieve a legitimate livelihood. Fascism strips the right of people to have individual identities in a nation. Truth in the end will be victorious. All of the problems that we have existing way longer before President Barack Obama came on the scene in America. I will mention that President Barack Obama made huge concessions in this debt ceiling controversy and still

Republicans refuse to compromise since they oppose quaint tax increases. Many Republicans are just brainwashed by that neo-liberal economic lie. This lie believes that if you have tax cuts, then that wealth will trickle down to the middle class & the poor. History proves with Reaganonomics and other events that trickled own policies dont enact into credible economic growth at all. The wealth via that method only is centralized among the super rich for the most part. Some of them dont care about Pell Grants, and real social services that help the poor and disadvantaged. Many of them want to get rid of the social safety net for decades. There is record low taxation on the super wealthy in more than 5 decades. The deficit we have here has been caused by the war on terror, massive Bush tax cuts into the super rich, and other reasons. We have a job crisis problem. Both sides can agree with eliminating unjust loopholes in America. The Bush tax cuts have been already extended and this policy hasnt created massive jobs. Also, a jobs bill is one thing that can happen. Many people have lost jobs not because of laziness either. A lot of these jobs disappeared in the North American landscape via outsourcing and globalization. NAFTA achieved this goal in a mighty fashion. NAFTA was the CFR-supported globalist trade agreement that violated national sovereignty and key principles of fair trade among nationstates. Globalists for a while use policies to impoverish the nation and loot things of value to promote a more globalized society. Also, there are toxic vaccines, dangerous drugs, water being fluoridated, poisonous food, and the propaganda media that are contributing to the harm on the human mind worldwide, not just in Western societies. Western society wants people to nearly worship money like believing in the philosophy of money over women, etc. There is nothing wrong with having money and power legitimately, but for me, I love women more than I love money. Norquist loves deception. He says that our problem is only spending, which is a lie. The truth is that our economic problems are complex and deal with unfair tax policies, spending (not all spending is evil regardless of what Norquist says. Im talking about spending used in wrong areas not spending utilized to benefit society), deregulation, corporate corruption, wage stagnation, the war on terror, the wealth disparities, tax loopholes, poverty, evil free trade deals, and other issues. Some Republicans want to pass an amendment to force state to balance budgets. These hypocrites claim to love the Constitution, but want to change it when they dont like certain parts of it. Even a new FOX News poll shows 63% of Americans oppose a balanced budget amendment that involves cutting Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. If the government can spend billions of dollars in the war on terror, the security surveillance state, and on the Department of Homeland Security, then it can build billions of dollars to put human beings on their own feet to exist in a real society. Even conservative Martin Feldstein writes that Congress should cut tax expenditures. This deals with the 1.2 trillion dollars in tax expenditure spending found in special credits, deductions, and preferential rates that give subsidies to some individuals and corporations. This policy according to Feldstein will pay off this years estimated $1.5 trillion deficit. The cutting of big industrys tax subsidies can do a lot to cut the deficit (since tax expenditures equate to almost 25 percent of total government spending). Interests in learning about civil liberties have been found in my mind and consciousness for a long time. Ive had skepticism on the way the government treated the Waco disaster. During the 1990s, Ive embrace the concept of individual liberty. 9/11 was the event that

validated my views further to believe in liberties among human beings. It was a tragic occurrence and it radically shifted individuals political, social, and even religious views as it pertains to life in general. My views as a product of 9/11 became more solidified instead of waning. Codified are my view that police brutality is evil criminality, that the Drug War acuminates of fragrant abuses of powers & violations of human liberties, that health freedom is vital to incorporate into our thinking, and that human rights arent to be limited unto one group (its meant to be protected among everyone within the human race). You can have incentives for private jobs to be created and have revenue growing policies as well since both policies arent mutually exclusive. Also, much of the wealth has been prevented to be given into small banks and small businesses to grow the economy (much of the wealth has been sent into foreign locations). A massive wealth disparity is here. Even from the Federal Reserve Board report form 2006, the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans own 33.4 percent of the wealth in 2004, which is up from 30.1 percent in 1989. The wealthiest 1 percent of Americans own 62.3 percent of the business assets in 2004. The super rich pay record low taxation in over 50 years. There can be from 10 to 20 trillion U.S. dollars is in some sort of offshore tax haven or tax shelter. Wages have been stagnant or 30 years, 14.1 million people at least are unemployed, and 43.6 million people live below the poverty line. Millions of people lack quality healthcare in the USA as well. FEMA existed in Jimmy Carters time and now its merged with the DHS. FEMA has contingent plans with dictatorial plans in case of an emergency (like Executive Order 10990 gives the government to control all modes of transportation and all highways plus seaports. PD 51 is another evil policy). Even in an emergency, our constitutional rights shouldnt be eliminated at all. Yet, FEMA failed its responsibilities to help citizens adequately during the aftermath of the Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I cant believe its almost 6 years after Katrina (where innocent citizens were stolen of their guns from their own homes by law enforcement forces). It felt like yesterday. Even Congressional documents prove what FEMA is all about. The elite for thousands of years exploit terrible events (like the OKC Bombing, 9/11, and the G20 meeting in Pittsburgh to promote more globalization) as an excuse to deplete our liberties and promote the interests of the select oligarchy. At the same time, the military is acting in domestic drills to try to make the local police & the public to accept U.S. troops acting domestically in American soil (beyond the Posse Comitatus provision of the Constitution). The National Guard is using training nationwide in domestic capacities from checkpoints to other operations. Military police are in Kentucky Derby and in the Super Bowl as well. The military and the police should be separate not unified into one entity. The elite want the spoils and there is still an epidemic of innocent people in prisons nationwide in America (that houses more people in jail than any nation on Earth). The Empire will die one way or the other way. Lets hope it wont die in the other way. We know what the other way is. This new 21st Century Crusade is unjust. A lot of people hate the truth. We shouldnt. The truth is that we should have concern for the poor as Dr. King mentioned many times before:

We will place the problems of the poor at the seat of government of the wealthiest nation in the history of mankind. If that power refuses to acknowledge its debt to the poor, it would have failed to live up to its promise to insure "life, liberty, and the pursuit of

happiness to its citizens. (From A Testament of Hope: The Essential Writings and Speeches of Martin Luther King Jr.)
Heres another quote that has relevance now: Well, I think in the past, we have. I mean, we look at the legacy of Frederick Douglass and Ida B. Wells and Ella Baker, Malcolm X and Martin King. We have, and part of the struggle now in the age of Obama is how do we keep alive the legacy of Martin King? I know my dear brother, President Obama, has a bust of Martin King right there in the Oval Office, but the question is are is he going to be true to who that Martin Luther King, Jr., actually is? King was concerned about what? The poor. He was concerned about working people. He was concerned about quality jobs. He was concerned about quality housing. He was concerned about precious babies in Vietnam, the way we ought to be concerned about precious babies in Afghanistan and precious babies in Tel Aviv and precious babies in Gaza. Martin King was fundamentally committed to the least of these. Of course, he was a Christian soldier for justice from the 25th chapter of Matthew. And so more and more black folk tend to be well-adjusted to Obamas presidency, but does that mean theyre well-adjusted to injustice? Because we dont hear our president talking about the new Jim Crow, the prison-industrial complex -Cornel West

Cornel West is right here, except that tons of black people are waking up and arent well adjusted to injustice. So, I want to make that clear. Its not a secret that we have civil liberty issues in America from gun rights to the war in Libya. The 3 branches of government have been manipulated in enumerable ways as well. President Barack Obama has ignored his own constitutional lawyers on the legality of the Libyan war. He said that Congressional approval isnt needed since the legitimacy of the U.N. supersedes Congress and that bombardment. This included over 800 bombing runs flown by U.S. warplanes. This is a war. These acts extend beyond the legal framework of the War Powers Resolution. The fruits of this immoral war deal with marketplaces being bombed, innocent people dying, communications are blocked, and some top admirals wanting regime change. The White House wants to force to install a democratic system. The new anti-gun attack is slicker or its done by stealth. Sam Stein from the Huffington Post showed that the President Barack Obama wants to use slick anti-Second Amendment laws via executive order that bypass Congressional actions. The White House blamed gun rights on the violence in Mexico when it was found that after the U.S. government got caught shipping in the weapons in tatters. Also, many of the guns shipped in Mexico are from foreign sources. Rahm Emanuel made an evil May 2007 call to put people who are on no fly list on a no gun buy list on a no gun buy list. This strips millions of Americans of their Second Amendment rights since they have been erroneously placed on an inaccurate no fly list. This list includes even Senators and even toddlers. Its easy to see that self defense is one means to protect self

preservation. The protection of the family is one of the greatest ways to preserve civilization. If you deprive innocent people the right to bear arms totally, then tyranny has a real change to exist. This is why historically; one of the first acts of dictators is to ban innocent people from owning arms to protect themselves, so there is no rival to the dictators power. Innocents Betrayed is a documentary proving my point in

that regard. Carbon taxes are promoted, but some feel that this policy has nothing to do
with the environment and everything to do with fleecing American taxpayers was confirmed when Obama gave a waiver to General Electric and ensured that one of the biggest emitters of carbon dioxide on the planet, and coincidentally one of Obamas largest campaign contributors, was exempt from the new regulations. We should love the environment and environmental protection. The rural council is another executive order creation that handles the affairs of rural America with some draconian policies. The Council of State of Governor deals with the integration and synchronization of state and federal military activities in America. The government will liaise with officials from Northcom, Homeland Security, the National Guard as well as DoD officials from the Pentagon: in order to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State governments, according to the executive order. So, our liberties are under threat in many ways beyond just the Patriot Act and the Internet censorship proposals made by Congressman Joseph Liebermann. Neo-cons like Rush Limbaugh are being exposed too. I dont forget what Rush Limbaugh did in his travel to the Dominican Republic, what he did in the 1970s plus beyond, and Oxycotin. Lets just say, that many neo-cons are hypocrites with how they conduct their lives. Yet, the truth will always get out of the closet sooner or later. He talked about bringing even non-violent drug offenders in prison, but when he has his drug scandal, he doesnt want to go into prison. A real man doesnt need to slander drug addicted victims, believing in opposing legitimate social services, or mock people suffering from Parkinsons disease at all. He believes in the war on terror, the Patriot Act, he opposes the exposure of even conspiracies that are real, and he refuses to even expose the CFRs new world order agenda. I dont need to celebrate Christmas nor Easter to prove my spirituality. No tree saved my soul and no bunny cant equate to real spiritual resurrection. I have the freedom of religion and the freedom of conscience to believe in my creed without conformity to mainstream culture.

We have the right to promote the essence of individual liberty and mutual freedom for all peoples. The police state that transpires now in the West is much more sophisticated. Under the guise of political correctness and security, there are biometric scanners in cities, VIPER Teams, militarized police everywhere, and the abusive treatment of Americans by some TSA workers among airports nationwide. Even the Founders (with their apparent errors) had the sense enough to oppose lighter forms of tyranny that exist commonly today. The Fourth Amendment has been abolished in a slick way again. 2 recent
Supreme Court cases have virtually damaged the Fourth Amendment in America. Citizens are no longer secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. Dissenting justices called the decision as breathtaking and unnecessarily broad. The Indiana Supreme Court ruled last week in a 3-2 vote that doing anything to resist police busting down your door and conducting an illegal search is now a criminal act. [We] hold that the right to reasonably resist an unlawful police entry into a home is no longer recognized under Indiana law, the court ruled in the case of Richard L. Barnes v. Indiana. The dissenting Justices were

Brent E. Dickson and Robert D. Rocker. They were accurate to say that the ruling represented is a total rejection of rights enshrined in the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. In my view, the wholesale abrogation of the historic right of a person to reasonably resist unlawful police entry into his dwelling is unwarranted and unnecessarily broad, Dickson wrote. In my view it is breathtaking that the majority deems it appropriate or even necessary to erode this constitutional protection based on a rationale addressing much different

policy considerations, added Rucker. There is simply no reason to abrogate the common law right of a citizen to resist the unlawful police entry into his or her home.
So, the ruling was made under the justification that resisting a police officer had the potential to escalate and cause violence against the officer. That means that the officers has like a god-like status to do whatever they want. This is against the 220 year Fourth Amendment and the 796 year Magna Carta as well (that influenced the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution blatantly). In another case, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1. The decision said that the police can now bust down a door and enter your property without a warrant if they smell marijuana or heart sounds that are suggestive of destruction of evidence. The case deals with the warrantless search of an apartment in Kentucky, Lexington. Where, as here, the police did not create the exigency by engaging or threatening to engage in conduct that violates the Fourth Amendment, warrantless entry to prevent the destruction of evidence is reasonable and thus allowed, Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. wrote for the majority. Of course, the fact that police officers have been known to habitually lie in order to justify illegally entering a property and violating the Fourth Amendment (which is apparently now null and void anyway), was not considered. We live in a slick authoritarian tyranny in America. America is in a new era of a police state. One reason is that our constitutional rights are being eliminated. Our government in America has been hijacked by rogue criminal elements that are dismantling everything that is legitimate in the USA. The old police states of the Soviets, Nazis, etc. are worse than America now, but injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. This is why we should have vigilance against evils. Evil governments have incarcerated people and murdered people for a long time. We have the right to do the right thing indeed.

One of the easiest evidence to see the police state-like actions of the state existed in the G20 protests during 2010 in Pittsburgh. Many of the militarized police utilized LRAD sound cannon weapons against protests or American citizens. LRAD was used in Iraq and Afghanistan against terrorists. The DHS have helped the local police to get LRAD weapons. Kettling is the tactic where they police try to control demonstration crowds if the crowds are in large number. They try to hold in the protesters. These acoustic weapons can damage the human ear. G20 is a meeting of some of the richest nations to discuss more ways to develop globalization economic policies (that the dollar might be gone and replaced with

global governance) more overtly in the world. Rob Dew said that the police used the sonic weapons against protests. The police had full riot gear with dogs and apparently federal police. Jason Bermas said that the decibel level from the sonic weapons was extremely high. Bermas said that the riot police collaborated with the military in the vicinity. Bermas said that military and SWAT are there. One military personnel was one a wagon. Bermas asked the military about this and some of them dont know what Posse Comitatus was (but they were following orders). Many anarchists have staged dangerous acts (some of these people are government agents as they have been caught being government agents in Canada. The Quebec police admit that have went undercover at the Montebello protest) and this isnt representative of real protesters doing the right thing in promoting economic justice. Fundamentally, human beings have the First Amendment or free speech rights to protest against injustice legitimately in the world. Regardless of what you think of Cindy Sheehan, she is right to speak in favor of the right of peaceful protesting all around American locations. Protesting is great and its one of the many historical means in how America existed in the first place.
The government wants to monitor school lunches with cameras. Numerous schools in San Antonio are being provided with government grants in order to install surveillance equipment in cafeterias as part of a government funded project to monitor every morsel of food that children eat. This action is claimed to find ways to reduce obesity and improve eating habits. Small cameras are programmed to take pictures of lunch trays before and after each student get the trays. The child is uniquely identified via a barcode attached to the tray. How many calories and nutrients that each child has consumed are then calculated via a database having 7,500 different varieties of food. The whole project is being funded by an U.S. Department of Agriculture grant to the tune of $2 million. Were trying to be as passive as possible. The kids know theyre being monitored, Dr. Roger Echon told the Associated Press. Echon, who works for the San Antonio-based Social & Health Research Center, is building the food-recognition program. The aim of the study according to researchers wants to study foods that children are likely to choose and how much theyre eating. They want to see what is influencing parents to alter their childs eating habits at home. The principals of the 5 schools involved described by researchers as poor minority campuses told the AP that 90% of the parents agreed to allow their children to be monitored (adding that he thinks that those who have resisted dont understand the project). The principal Mark Davis wants to track human beings. This is another example of the nanny state that violates human civil liberties. Its wrong to place barcodes on kids like rats in the lab and database everything that they eat in order to promote healthy eating. The school can easily service healthily foods free form additives and preservatives. This isnt the vision for the control freak society. People dont need to ration children calorie intake, place fines to parents about their childrens eating habits (that dont match to a balanced diet) in an authoritarian fashion. Chicago schools last month have banned parents from giving their children packed lunches. This forced kids to eat in the cafeteria in order to protect students from the potential for unhealthy homemade lunches. For a long time, the government tried to use various means to control students. A Mississippi state judge ordered that state officials father the names of every single child being home schooled in the state in order that they be kept on a watch list. There is nothing wrong with promoting a healthy living among children via rational means. I respect First Lady Michelle Obamas goal of promoting children to exercise and improve their health. So, I want to make that clear.

Mayor Bloomberg is forced food manufacturers in New York to reduce salt content in food under the National Salt Reduction Initiative. This occurred when they are spending 25 million dollars on a program to fluoridate the water supply with toxic waste or sodium fluoride. Sodium fluoride

has been found to cause the lowering human IQ, it cause create cancers harming the human teeth (including the bones, the brain, and the thyroid gland). There are dangerous food additives like aspartame and MSG, which are far more deadly than salt. The real natural health movement has documented these facts for decades. There huge regulations are done by programs and organizations. Wiffle ball, dodge
ball, kick ball, freeze tag, red rover, Frisbee tossing and tug of war have all been placed under the new rules. If an organization offers two or more recreational activities, with just one being on the risky list, it is deemed to be a summer camp and comes under state regulation which entails fees and the necessity to provide medical staff. Classics like Capture the Flag, Steal the Bacon and Red Rover are also deemed dangerous in new state regulations for day camps, reports the New York Daily News. This is all part of the process of the state replacing the parents as guardians of the children and it is designed to ensure that kids become nothing more than drugaddled, dependent people to society. In Philadelphia, a school district found that some use concealed cameras within machines to spy on students and their parents without their knowledge or consent. The UK have surveillance cameras inside the private homes of citizens to make sure that children go to be on time, attend school, and eat proper meals. So, we should reject a nanny state. Human have a right to embrace and follow through individual rights. Google wants to run things in our homes as well. I do believe in real regulations and governmental services to help human beings. I dont just believe that the government should control every aspect of our lives though. We dont need to be enslaved, we should embrace our individuality, and we ought to always oppose oppression in any shape or form. I like my personal freedom and I will fight to defend it.

The TSA has been exposed by lovers of liberty from across the political spectrum as acting like perverts and criminals. One TSA screener is named Thomas Gordon Jr. of
Philadelphia. He was taught by authorities for distributing more than 100 images of child pornography via Face book. He uploaded explicit pictures of young girls including a picture of him in his TSA uniform. Gordon was arrested by Homeland Security and is being held without bail. FOX News reported on this story. Federal agents said that Gordon routinely searched airline passengers. The Drudge Report linked the story. The Philadelphia Inquirer and other sites wrote on this story, but not the larger corporate media. Ryan Hamilton Jr. wrote for Gather that this incident is troubling for the Transportation Safely Administration. There have been routine discoveries of TSA employees acting in sexually perverse and criminal ways. In February of 2010, another TSA employee (named Charles Bennett of Winter Garden, Florida) was arrested. He was charged with molestation of a minor after police say that he tried to keep a 15 year old girl as a sex slave. Bennets called him Master Charles on his MySpace page. He claimed to be into bondage dominance sadism and masochism. Sean Shanhan was a TSA worker at Logan International airport. Sean was arrested in 2010 for allegedly sending sexually explicit text messages to a 14 year old girl. The inappropriate contact escalated and Shanahan had physical sexual contact with the girl at his home in February over school break according to news reports. TSA once hired an Indianapolis TSA employee that put a man in a headlock and punched him six times in the face during a parking dispute. This man was arrested later. The TSA agents bragged about the power that they wield over the public. . In January of 2010, a TSA agent in Los Angeles proclaimed I am god, Im in charge. The agent was arrested after making the delusional claim, according to reports. A Miami TSA agent attacked a colleague who made fun of him in January of 2010. In February of 2011, 2 TSA employees were arrested for stealing around $40,000 in cash from a bag that was checked via a security line at John F. Kennedy Airport. The TSA admitted that over the last 3 years alone there have been 12 similar cases of thefts involving the removal of valuables and/or cash from baggage. Days before the case, a Newark TSA agent

pleaded guilty to accepting bribes and kickbacks from a colleague who regularly stole money from passengers during sexual pat downs. TSA agent Quantrez Raphael Sawyer was arrested for participating n many fast food restaurant robberies in Detroit. A news report said that he was employed as a passenger screener/security officer. TSA now conducts many significant background checks like criminal history before candidates are offered a job with the government. The TSAs staff has a large number of violent criminals and sexual perverts on its staff. Tyrannies have people from controversial backgrounds. Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler recruited thugs, criminals, and psychopaths to terrorize, torture, and kill anyone who resisted the state. Mao used the Red Guard during the Cultural Revolution to kill people. The Red Guard was mostly made up of students and brainwashed young folks. Hitlers SS recruited from the violent Freikorps, specifically the Marinebrigade Ehrhardt, a handpicked selection of street fighting thugs. The Nazis envisioned a legion of SS-Lords to rule over subjects of the Lebensraum, or land captured by the German army for the expansion of the racist Third Reich. That is why police states use criminals to try to intimidate the public. The TSA is made up of people brainwashed by the elite. The TSAs pat downs now are similar to sexual molestation. So, we should have civil liberties and rights and these rights ought to be protected.

The TSA charges a Congressman with violating federal law for exposing security breaches. The TSA is hypocritical for this action since at the same appeals court confirms TSA itself broke federal law. This Congressman has been accused by officials at the Department of Homeland Security. The DHS is a parent agency of the TSA. The Congressman disclosed to the press details of 25,000 security breaches over the past 10 years. This is despite the fact that the documents from which he gleaned the information were non-classified. The Congressmans name is Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah). USA Today and other newspapers reported on security breaches during the Chaffetz hearing disclosing information about security breaches. This document was marked as [Sensitive Security Information], Maher wrote in the letter which was seen by The Washington Post, and provided clear notice that unauthorized disclosures of the document violated federal law. Maher referred to the information Chaffetz discussed at the hearing as a topic of particular interest to our adversaries, intimating that the Congressman had endangered air travelers by revealing some details to the public. In response to the TSA/DHS reaction, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) returned correspondence directly to DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano. Issa chairs the House Oversight Committee. He called Mahers threats to Chaffetz as without merit and he said that his committees job was to address TSA deficiencies. Issa reiterated the fact that information shown in the documents was not classified. Issa said that it is a threat to the entire legislative branch that this administration will seek retribution when non-classified information is shared with the public. The fact that the information in question was transmitted to the committee via an open e-mail over an open and non-secured network only underscores that this was not national security sensitive information, Issa wrote, adding that he will open an investigation into how and why the DHS responded in such an aggressive manner. This comes when the TSA violated federal law when introducing firing body scanners without a debate. A unanimous three judge panel

ruled on Friday that the TSAs failure to provide notice and allow sufficient time for public comment before adopting the technology as a primary passenger-screening tool violated the Administrative Procedure Act. Rep. Chaffetz has always or consistently opposed the TSA takeover across Americas airports. Last year, he oversaw the passage in the House of an amendment to ban strip search imaging at airports altogether. He said that his wife and his 8 year daughter dont need to be naked to be secure in an airplane. Caffetz told the House that technology exists now to see a dime and a nickel plus the sweat on someones back (so other methods are sufficient to secure a plane without intrusive groping from the TSA). He said that its inexcusable to the TSA delaying in releasing safety reports on body scanning technology. I am personally outraged and disgusted by yet another example of mistreatment of an innocent American at the hands of TSA. Chaffetz said at the time, following the emergence of a video of a TSA agent conducting an enhanced pat down on a six year old girl. The agency must get serious about the manner in which it seeks to balance national security with personal privacy, Chaffetz wrote to TSA head John Pistole. At the very least, it cannot continue to operate under the belief that little girls and handicapped children pose such a serious threat that [agents] must abandon all manner of decency when interacting with them. Congressman Chaffetz put pressure on the TSA to force the agency to once again change policy in order to stop pat downs on children less than 10 years of age where ever possible.
There is the new behavior metrics technology that allows the government to know what we are thinking. Big Brother is wild. Big Brother has technology that wants to know what we are thinking now. The government isnt trying to force a device in our brain that divulges every thought now. Now, they want to promote behaviormetrics. This is a new omnipresent surveillance technology that is developed for the U.S. Air Force can is destined to be used in law enforcement to monitor suspicious behavior. The deal is that the system utilizes a camera to track facial movements in order to build up a psychological profile of the individual under surveillance. Huntsville, Alabamas Photon-X, Inc. recently received an Air Force contract to develop such a camera, reports Wired News. The company claims that with one snap, its sensor can build a three dimensional image of a persons face and the cornerstone of a distinctive bio-signature that can be used to track that person anywhere. Also, the device can find that faces unique facial muscle motions. This capture can turn those movements into a behaviormetric profile thats even more accurate. This new technology is another step up from DARPAs infamous gait analysis program, which purported to be able to identity terrorists by the way they walked. The program was called as evil and an example of paranoia gone mad. The video demonstration of the technology that features on the Photon X website shows a number of different measurements changing when the subject alters his facial expression from a smile, to a frown, to an angry look. The motion of the face in the device is correlated to an uniform facial muscle model and the motion of each muscle is quantified. There is the Behaviometrics Analysis System to quantify simple data that describes the linear motion of all of the facial muscles in real-time and then interpolate this data using a psychological profiling system. The movements of the muscles in a persons face will alert Big Brother via behavior analysis (in seeing if a suspicious individual may have done a thought crime). The technology can have body posture movement, gait, and micro expressions. It can use operators to track user activity in a covert manner according to the contract description. Some want to use this technology to follow insurgent operations done by the U.S. military in Iraq or Afghanistan.

The prison industrial complex is one big part of the police state. Margaret Kimberly, Bruce A. Dixon, and others have written on this issue. The war on Drugs and the get tough on criminals rhetoric never worked to develop a decent prison system at all. The prison system is even privatizing to make profit in exploiting human lives. You cant reform the criminal justice stem without dealing with complex subjects. These subjects deal with the evil war on drugs, racial and class bias, economic plus social problems thats harming tons of communities in the world. Some in the status quo want to have lackadaisical and token reforms. Some of them want a commission of insiders and consultants and just make prisons cost less without looking at real solutions. Even in Georgia, some want token reforms too. If you want things better, you have to fight against discrimination that former prisons experience in trying to get housing plus employment. You have to prevent juveniles from dealing with adults in incarceration. You have to end racial selectivity in sentencing, policing, and prosecuting. States should have problems to allow prisoners real health care, educational, and self improvement avenues. The evil Commission on Criminal justice Reform wants the prison services to be cut. There are food strikes and prisoner strikes nationwide in 2011 (not in the 1800s), because of punitive beatings and torture going on in prisons right now. The Georgia commission refused to evaluate the real problems of the lack of educational opportunities among ex-prisoners, the profiling of black and brown human beings, and abysmal medical care. Throwing the key never worked in a complex society. Georgia even leads that USA in the percentage of its residents under all types of lock, key, court, bail, parole, or probationary supervision. The governors commission deal with mostly stakeholders and much with public input. That is why local residents from the Campaign to End Mass Incarceration promoted a petition of 13 points in desiring legitimate prison reform in Georgia. The site at endmassincarceration.org, has the petition, both online and downloadable. This long prison abuse is a descendant of Black chattel slavery as Margaret Kimberley eloquently mentioned. Her book The New Jim Crow document how the present harsh criminal policies have targeted tons of non-violent black Americans to enhance corporate profits for private and public entities (in all levels of government). This is proven on why prisoners are exploited in working jobs without compensation. They are fined and forced to pay for their incarceration. In Wisconsin, the reactionaries have suppressed union rights and want to exploit prisoners (by offering them labor without payment, but a reduction of their sentences). This policy is a result of the paranoia by reactionaries on fiscal matters in that they believe this policy can save economic funds. The support the rights of prisoners has nothing to do with supporting criminal activities. It has to do with treating your neighbor as yourself and giving all human beings the opportunity to live life without torture, abuse, or economic exploitation. Treating my neighbor as myself dont mean we worship white supremacy. A true revolutionary ethic is the opposition to white supremacy. People of color who have self hatred should wake up (learn confidence) and love their own identity without worshipping white people. There are people of every background trying to sincerely do the right thing, so I want to make that clear. Something comes up when you think about it. The corrupt system affects everybody negatively directly or indirectly. The reason is that opposition against one human being affects us all. We cant be truly free unless all human beings are truly free. Its a battle of us vs. them (or the elite). Likewise, civil liberties dont end with opposition to the Patriot Act. It extends to opposition to the current policies of the prison industrial complex in the world. City council in one location attempts to outlaw free speech and the freedom of assembly. This is another city council railing against free speech and the right to assembly. This report comes from FOX 16 news report. In Gould, Arkansas, the City Council wants to ban all gatherings and groups. This doesnt matter how small the group is from discussing city matters without prior permission from the authorities. This proposed ordinance would even extend to residents own homes and is so broad extend to residents own home, scout groups, and book clubs. Some feel that dinner conversations about local community would be technically be outlawed. You cant

just come in here, get with four people and decide to start an organization, Gould City Councilor Sonja Farley told the reporters, adding, You will go through your city council with

legal documentation and get approval. The city mayor is named Earnest Nash. Nash is standing up for the people of Gould and he is fiercely opposing the move. Nash is really going to court over this issue since you cant just vote and violate peoples constitutional rights. The mayor vetoed the ordinance on a technicality. He warned that if its reintroduced at an upcoming council meeting next month, it could be passed into law without his approval. The local FOX affiliate had John DiPippa (or the Dean of the Law School at the University of Arkansas) to examine the proposed ordinance. John called the proposal as unconstitutional and he cant believe that such a proposal was real. The truth is that its a violation of the First Amendment for a council to limit the right of petition and speak in a city. When DiPippa attempted to inform the council of his conclusion, members reportedly attempted to have him fired from his job at the University of Arkansas. The interview the station conducted with the mayor can be classified as illegal. This tyranny is not new. An Arizona woman was arrested recently in a town meeting in Quartzsite, Arizona. The women just want to air the councils dirty laundry. The police threw her at jail even when the Mayor intervened and confirmed that Jennifer Jones had been recognized to speak and she didnt violate the councils rules. Local council and police have targeted residents for acts like maintaining front yard vegetable gardens, owning unlicensed dogs, setting up lemonade stands and collecting rainwater. So, tyranny is wrong whether its done by the federal, state, or local government.
Early in the month of July of 2011, Rep. Carolyn Maloney introduced Stop Gun Trafficking and Strengthen Law Enforcement Act or HR 2554. This is a gun grabbing bill that the corporate media didnt report. It was co-sponsored by Elijah Cummings, Democrat and Ranking Member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee plus the notorious gun grabber Carolyn nd McCarthy. Democrats introduced legislation that can chip away at the 2 Amendment. This is nothing new. This time around is that Maloney and her co-conspirators are using the governments gun smuggling program (called Fast and Furious) as an issue to stop illegal trafficking in firearms. In hearings, the BATF admitted that the government didnt entice gun dealers or send in informants to sell guns to drug cartels in Mexico. They sold 30,000 guns to the bank financed cartels via straw purchases, which made up of mostly kids. This effort existed up the chain of command to the director of the ATF named Kenneth Melson. Melson retried in disgrace. AK 47s, sniper rifles, and .38 caliber revolvers from America are showing up at Mexican crime scenes at an alarming rate. Many drug cartels financed by Wachovia and other U.S. banks have been responsible for the murder of police, innocent bystanders, and countless victims. Maloney and her cohorts arent advocating prosecuting people at the BATF and the Justice Department. They are using the Fast and Furious issue as an excuse to strip innocent Americans of their Second Amendment rights since a criminal could care less about any anti-gun measure or law. The bill will lower the bar on gun trafficking and criminalize what is now considered legal trade in firearms. This is hypocrisy that the corporate media isnt reporting on these news. Maloneys bill is presented as a way to stop drug cartels and ending the violence in Mexico. Yet, at the same time, congressional hearings reveal that the government is responsible for arming them. We can end the illegal drug business and stop the trafficking of weapons. We can prosecute the banks involved in financing and profiting from the trade. We can end the Drug War (other folks are for legalizing drugs for medicinal purposes) and most of the Mexican drug trade is marijuana and some want to dismantle the BATF. Mexico has some of the most anti-gun laws in the world and it still has massive crimes coming from the drug cartels. The anti-gun policy of placing suspicion on the purchase of more than two guns, filling out purchaser profile reports and making visits to customer homes all chill the notion that gun ownership is still legal and a right. Obamas newly issued Executive Order #13581 Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations declares a national emergency, nominally going after drug gangs like Las Zetas, yet is written vaguely enough that nearly any entity could be seized if a link is suspected. One such likely target here are the gun shops that ATF and Justice Department have repeatedly tried to link to gun violence. Will dealers who either fail to comply with this paperwork or who are

suspected of supplying guns that are later sold across the border be shut down and seized? The deal is that the ATF shown a letter. It says that its ordering firearms dealers in Border States to report on sales of 2 or more semi-automatic rifles (and threatening gun dealers to spy on their customers). As the Justice Department announced earlier this month, All gun shops in four Southwest border states (Texas, California, Arizona and New Mexico) will be required to alert the federal government to frequent buyers of high-powered rifles. The ATF letter also orders gun dealers to report to the feds sales of two or more pistols or revolvers, or any combination of pistols or revolvers totaling two or more. According to several gun dealers in Austin as well as one of some other peoples staff members, the ATF is visiting peoples homes, demanding to be allowed inside without a warrant. This new policy in a slick way is implying that gun owners could be terrorists for purchasing two or more firearms at a time. This policy is illegal since it violates the right of being secured in their persons and it violates the rights of innocent citizens to own or bear arms. We already have background checks when people purchase guns. Law enforcement, banking, private corporations, schools, and universities can witness this technology being used inside of these places. Even casinos, themes parks, retail, and hospitality can track people. This system is made to make humans as cultural robots or objects in the state. This agenda falsely ascribe some independent behavior as equivalent to suspicious or a thought crime. George Orwell never conceived acts like this. The new breed of technology is being used now for the construction of a high tech prison grid that constantly tracks the behavior, movements, and even thoughts of an individual. This makes the world of 1984 look like a walk in the park. The Patriot Act is still a threat on our civil liberties or freedoms. Congress wants to continue as servants of the out of control national security state. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) made a backroom deal to reauthorizes the insidious surveillance provisions of the Patriot Act for another 4 years. The ACLU reported that Reid and McConnell introduced the bill S. 1038. This will extend the provisions until June 1, 2015. The text of the measure of now hasnt been published. The Patriot Act came almost a decade ago. It was in the wake of the 9/11 provocation and the anthrax attacks. According to the ACLU, the Senate will begin its debate on Monday with votes possible on that same night. The White House is skipping a legal deadline to seek congressional authorization of the military action in Libya under the War Powers Act. According to the Associated Press, few on the Hell are objecting to it. The White House continues to support illegal spying on Americans indefinitely as long as consultations with Congress continue. This extension of controversial parts of the Patriot Act will infringe on our civil liberties like the authorization to seize the records of libraries and other institutions. The tactic of using as little debate as possible to expand the power of the government in a false fashion is evil. Most of the surveillance powers of the Patriot Act are permanent. The Patriot Act was passed in October of 2001. Yet, 3 controversial provisions have expiration dates in the law since it has serious civil rights abuses. Such suspicions were certainly warranted as dozens of reports by Congress and the Justice Department, media investigations and Freedom of Information Act and other lawsuits subsequently disclosed. The provisions set for renewal are the roving wiretap provision (that gives the FBI the power to get wiretaps from the Foreign Surveillance Court or FISC under the color of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the FISA Act), Section 215, and the lone provision. The roving wiretaps give retroactive immunity to the governments telecommunications partners. The FBI can investigate people in some cases without a warrant. The FBI can make the say so of one warrant valid nationwide. The Fourth Amendment says explicitly that warrants are only issued particularly describing the place to be searched. Section 215 allows FISC warrants for any type of record or banking statements, etc. The government does not have to demonstrate probable cause. Government officials need only certify to a judge, without providing evidence or proof, that the search meets the statutes overly-broad requirements and the court has been stripped of its authority to reject the states application. Surveillance orders under Section 215 can even be based on a persons protected First Amendment activities: the books they read, web sites

searched or articles they have published. In other words, exercising free speech under the Constitution can become the basis for examining personal records. The lone wolf provision is bad since it allows the feds to spy on individuals not linked to terrorist groups, but who may share ideological affinities with groups deemed suspect by the secret state. The definition of a lone wolf is ambiguous. The provision was set to expire on February 28, 2011, but the Obama White House extended it until May 27 (where it is set to expire). The temporary extension failed to extend it since even Tea Party people joined with 122 Democrats to defeat the bill. In fact, the demonstrated conclusively that widespread abuses by the FBI in their issuance of constitution-shredding National Security Letters, handed out without probable cause and attached with built-in secret gag orders, have been used by the Bureau to target innocent Americans. Huge domestic spying occurred in the first 2 years of the Barack Obama administration. It isnt a secret that Barack Obamas White House extended the previous regimes assault on civil liberties and political rights (that benefit the Pentagon and the national security apparatus). The White House wants to expand the power of getting records among the state. They want iPhones and Blackberries to be wiretapped as well. Meanwhile, Obamas Justice Department continues to stonewall Congress and privacy advocates demanding the release of a secret legal memo used to justify FBI access to Americans telephone records without any legal process or oversight People realize that the American Empire is contrary to the interests of the real American Republic. An empire always crumbles and sometimes it will crumble from within. Either the American Empire will crumble and America will survive or the American Empire will crumble and America falls. It will be as simple as those 2 outcomes. The American Empire promotes Homeland Security. That name is an oxymoron, because it doesnt always try to protect our civil rights. The budget for Homeland Security is over 180 billion dollars. Homeland Security deals heavily with a military police response in American soil and over exaggerating so-called terrorist threats (not truly trying to protect our civil liberties. If that would be their true intension they would have opposed the Patriot Act and the USA Military Commissions Act). The Patriot Act IP Act gives the government the power to seize websites easily. Many law professors say that the new legislation can allow states to end sites for just linking to other sites that have copyrighted material. This is a part of new legislation that can target web domain without oversight for just linking to sites that host copyright material. This act is related to repressive regime. Law professors believe that the bill allows the state to break the Internet addressing system. This bill is called the Protect IP bill. Its now stalled in the Senate. It can end Internet freedom as we know it. It can make the website to censor and delete material when requested to by government or corporations (and shut down user channels without recourse that is done by YouTube). This proposal is done now by Homeland Security when the DHS shut down over 70 websites without any form of legal proceedings (and in some cases without even notifying the owners). There is an open letter penned by Professor Mark Lemley of Stanford University, David S. Levine of Elon University and David G. Post of Temple University. The letter makes the case that the bill will force Internet hosting companies and search engines to de list entire websites on the basis of a mere copyright claim by a copyright holder without independent or legal process undertaken. The bill could even make linking to a website as a violation of intellectual property laws plus possibly make criminal penalties. At a time when many foreign governments have dramatically stepped up their efforts to censor Internet communications, the [Protect IP Act] would incorporate into U.S. law for the first time a principle more closely associated with those repressive regimes: a right to insist on the removal of content from the global Internet, regardless of where it may have originated or be located, in service of the exigencies of domestic law, states the letter. The professors are right that removing websites without oversight is a clear violation of constitutional law as interpreted by the Supreme Court. The bill makes Internet service providers and operators of Internet to refuse to recognize Internet domains if the court finds that it are dedicated to infringing activities. Although instead of wait until a website is actually judged infringing before imposing the equivalent of an Internet death penalty, the Act would make the court to order any Internet service provider to stop recognizing the site

even on a temporary restraining order (or preliminary injunction issued the same day the complaint is filed). Advertisers and credit card companies will find difficulty to do business on the Internet. The reason is that search engines, credit card companies and even advertisers would be forced to refuse to deal with the owners of the site under the proposed law. Web regulation has been promoted by Senator Joe Lieberman. Lieberman even wanted to have a Communist Chinese style system of Internet policing that can give the President the power to block entire areas of the web with a figurative kill switch. Amazons Cloud networked deleted all of the Wiki leaks website from its servers following a phone call made by Senator Joe Liebermans Senate Homeland Security Committee demanding the website be axed. Lieberman admitted that his reason for promoting Internet censorship is that: Right now China, the government, can disconnect parts of its Internet in case of war and we need to have that here too. He denies that he wants to have an Internet kill switch as misinformation, but he said that he wants the U.S. government to disconnect parts of the Internet in case of war. China doesnt just disconnect the Internet in case of war. It censors and intimidates people all of the time if they express dissent against governmental corruption or atrocities. The West wants these anti-Internet policies since the Internet is one of the last bastions of true free speech. One of the memos of the counterintelligence program of the FBI dated August 25, 1967. It actually said that "no political activist or somebody with an ideology that was perceived as a threat to the establishment should have access to a mass communication media." So, J. Edgar Hoover hated anybody trying to stand up against the agenda of the establishment.

The Department of Homeland Security spends billions of dollars and used thousands of people to investigate, spy, and harass citizens that are only doing constitutional actions. The Pentagon used billions on overseas infrastructure, buildings, bases, camps, and over 900 billion in arms. This is hypocritical since billions are not spent in building up our infrastructure in America at all. The DHS and the Defense Department intervene forcefully with the military all over the world via overt and clandestine operations. The DHS attack offensively overseas against many civilian targets, but it wont oppose TSA oppression and civil liberties violations at home.
The Pentagon use interventions overseas, but wont welcome intervention in the form of community shelters, which would provide survival, security, life-saving protection and financial aid for rebuilding their lives. Moreover, Pentagon and the DHS spending on overseas infrastructure, bases and bombs results in deficits are huge, whereas investments in tornado and flood shelters would stimulate jobs, growth and investment in the US. The essence of an Empire is to have investment overseas in trying to control nations, while neglecting domestic needs home. The

drive toward military supremacy has lead into declines into our domestic security that deals with health, personal lives, social lives, and employment. Now, politicians want to privatize social security and Medicare. The 2 parties have given foreign aid to nations beyond just trade or charity needs and the war on terror is expanding. Soon, one way or other, this war on terror will crush the American Empire. Domestic decay is parallel with unjust military expansion. We dont need an imperial Washington that has tons of money sent to Afghanistan, but little sent to tornado relief in Joplin, Missouri. So, the empire kills its own people in the long run. That is why we should oppose this war on terror since it gives priorities in the wrong direction. Our priorities is how we should help people build up their standards of living and not which nation we can conquer via the utilization of imperialistic methods.

The Department of Homeland Security has shown a recent video. The DHS for years have tried to equate anyone opposed to big government as terrorists. I have my disagreements with the Tea Party and their deficit hawk extremism. Yet, even I wont equate Tea Party people collectively as a group of terrorists. On the other hand as a man, I cant support the Tea Partys hatred of the social safety net, their hatred of programs of social uplift, some of their members having bigoted signs in various rallies, and some of their members supporting the war mongering foreign policy (which contribute to high deficits in the first place). I dont ally with the Tea Party at all. I just dont classify ever single one of them as terrorists. Also, al-Qaeda is a known manufactured Western invention (in other words, Osama bin Laden was aided by the CIA, the ISI, and Saudi forces for decades) that has been exploited to promote the war on terror. DHS is promoting the 2 new PSAs. They are a part of the See Something Say Something snitch campaign. It shows middle American people as terrorists. Terrorists exist in many backgrounds though, but most Americans of any background arent in league with terrorism at all. FEMA is working with Homeland Security on psy-ops as well. Just because a human being disagrees with some of the actions of the government doesnt mean that this person is an extremist. The government can and have done legitimate actions to benefit Americans in general, yet people should have a watchful eye on government to make sure that it doesnt devolve into corruption or nefarious behavior. People who even disagree with some of the policies of the Federal Reserve arent extremists as well. In March 2009 it came to light that the End the Fed protests, which took place at banks and regional Federal Reserve branches across the country the previous year on November 22, were being monitored closely by the United States Army Reserve Command, who implied that those protesting against the Fed and the bankster bailout were essentially terrorists. The FBI has also gone out of its way to characterize returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan as a major domestic terrorist threat. Additionally, Janet Napolitano said she stood by an April 2009 DHS intelligence assessment that listed returning vets as likely domestic terrorists. Just a month later, the New York Times reported on how Boy Scout Explorers were being trained by the DHS to kill disgruntled Iraq war veterans in terrorist drills. The MIAC report was leaked by 2 concerned Missouri police officers. The report called Ron Paul supports, libertarians, those who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, and those who fly an U.S. flag are similar to race hate groups and terrorists. The average citizen being termed terrorists is proven by the MIAC report. There are other situations like this. The Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Law Enforcement pamphlet gives the public characteristics it feels

relates to terrorists. They include buying baby formula, beer wearing Levi jeans, carrying identifying documents like a drivers license, and traveling with women or children. Even a Virginia training manual that was used to help state employees recognize terrorists lists antigovernment and property rights activists as terrorists (like people who use binoculars, video cameras, paper pads, and notebooks in a compendium of terrorist tools). These training documents are dealing with real life situations. Some people have been harassed, assaulted, and arrested by law enforcement for simply owning material or discussing topics related to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Back in May of 2008, something occurred. A student of a large Bible college in East Texas was accused by federal agents of doing an act of terror and espionage. He only talked to a group of Boy Scouts in which he encouraged them to be educated about the U.S. Constitution. A North Carolina couple was terrorized by sheriffs deputy Brian Scarborough in July of 2007. The deputy broke into their home, assaulted them, and arrested the couple for flying an upside down U.S. flag. The couple were handcuffed, arrested and bundled into a squad car, to the protests of numerous neighbors who demanded to know why the Kuhns were being incarcerated, but were told to leave by police. As is supported by the United States Flag Code as well as a similar incident in 2001, flying the flag upside down is not a mark of disrespect, and in fact is considered by many to be the highest form of patriotism. Despite this fact, the upside down flag is equated in the MIAC report with terrorist paraphernalia. FEMA people in Kansas City called Founding Fathers, homeschoolers, and Christians as terrorists (and Christians should have utmost suspicion in the times of national emergency with brutality). Kelly was harassed by authorities and local law enforcement who showing videos in public. A Las Vegas couple in 2008 were stopped, detained, and searched by cops. They wanted to see if anything illegal was in the vehicle. The cops said that they were searched, because of bumper stickers in their vehicle. In 2001, Abby Newman was assaulted and arrested by the police in a checkpoint for exercising her Fourth Amendment rights. Cops looked through literature which included a copy of a pocket constitution and debated whether or not the material was illegal. So, the government has profiled, assaulted, and illegally arrested citizens. This has been done all of the time from across socioeconomic backgrounds. This war on terror is a war on human civil liberties regardless if a Republican or Democrat is in the White House. Homeland Security is one huge instrument of the police state and I dont blame people wanting to end the DHS completely.

The health care question from the Republican debate took an ugly turn. To this credit, Ron Paul didnt mention that a person should die if they desire health care. Yet, some of the audience did. This audience proves the illogical of the reactionary position on health care including many other issues. "What do you tell a guy who is sick, goes into a coma and doesn't have health insurance? Who pays for his coverage? Are you saying society should just let him die?" Wolf Blitzer asked. "Yeah!" several members of the crowd yelled out. Ron Paul didnt want the person to die. He said that he wants private or non-government institutions to fill the void that the public sector is currently playing. The problem is that the wealthy can pay their own health care and private health insurance is readily expensive from various costs, etc. Charities work, but in limited

ways. Charities are one solution to our health, but it isnt the total solution to our health problems. A real solution is comprehensive national solution that protects us, prevents poisons in our environment, and finds ways to cut costs in our current health care system. Its very hypocritical for the people in the audience to claim that death panels existed in the Presidents health care law and then lust for death against a person that cant afford health services. Some people have tried to justify the audiences words with slick hypotheticals. Regardless of these hypotheticals, we should empathize with other people. Demonizing the poor doesnt solve our health care problems at all. So, there is nothing immoral about universal health care. I dont follow oaths, but this death cult among some reactionaries is a violation of the Hippocratic Oath and the right to life completely. These reactionary hypocrites yell about intervention, but some of them support Medicare. The big corporations are holding in over a trillion dollars in profit, which can be better used to assist the poor, the homeless, the unemployed, and the uninsured. Now, you have them demonizing firefighters for the sake of economically steal pension funds plus the safety net of the poor plus middle class. People are going out of their way to cut taxes of the top 1 percent of the wealthy, while advocating no real populist solution to help the poor and middle class. You need infrastructure building in America and put people to work in order establish a better American society.

*Now, both parties leaders want to support the pro-Wall Street debt ceiling plan. The Wall Street bailouts came and no real economic growth has occurred in America. Some view this debt ceiling as a contrived occasion in order to give a justification to destroy much of what is left of the social safety net. These reactionaries view debt and balanced budgets as God pretty much. They believe that if people dont eliminate much of entitlements and maintain tax cuts for the super rich, then there will be no money to pay Social Security checks next month (including veterans benefits and government contracts that the government signed with thousands of businesses). Yet, there are Treasury bills that can pay the monthly Social Security checks. Social Security is still now solvent with liquid securities to pay for many decades to come. Social Security shouldnt be cut and the Tea Party crew still wont compromise (after both parties accept draconian cuts in our nations services). The government spent 13 trillion dollars in financial bailouts since Lehman Brothers failed in September 2008. Neoliberals dominate the administration like Treasury Secretary Geithner, neoliberal Fed Chairman Bernanke or anyone else in the Wall Street Democrat administration, formerly known as the Democratic Leadership Council. These are the same people that want to radically cut Social Security, Medicare, Medicare, etc. This is proven by the proposals from the Deficit Reduction Commission (as supported by President Barack Obama). The whole commission was headed by the avowed enemies of Social Security Republican Senator Alan Simpson of Wyoming, and President Clintons Rubinomics chief of staff Erskine Bowles. Republicans and Blue Dog Democrat sellouts want to rewrite the tax code to benefit the super wealthy. This is similar to an oligarchy. Hereditary aristocracies deal with oligarchies. Oligarchies fight for political influence and control over societies all of the time too. We are devolving from the benefits of the Progressive Era (like infrastructure growth and fulfilling the needs of the people) into neofeudalism. The only difference is that families suffer extreme debt to pay the mortgage in homes as opposed to the military grabbers of the land controlling it (and dividing power in an authoritarian fashion) back in

the day. We have bankers instead of people paying rent and tribute to military conquerors in feudal Europe. Feudalism was one via owning land. Now, we have to pay interest, fees, and monopoly rent to the neo-feudal oligarchy (in order for people to get access to credit, to water, medical care, pensions or Social Security and other basic needs today). Today, some Democrats oppose what FDR did in order to submit to the interests of Wall Street. Its the same story in Britain, where the Labour Party is called upon to finish up the job that the Conservatives start but need New Labour to subdue popular opposition to privatizing the railroads and a Public/Private Partnership financial giveaway for the London tube line. And its the same story in France, where a Socialist government is supporting the privatization program dictated by the European Central Bank. The elite (via Wall Street) know that a Republican President cant roll back the New Deal, Social security, Medicare, and Medicaid. So, they fund a Democratic President to promote neoliberalism under the guise of bipartisanship. The new cheerleader of cutting entitlements and other social spending arent reactionaries any long. Sometimes the elite use the Left paradigm to get their job done. The City of London took over when the Conservative Party didnt use radical actions to privatize the railroads and Londons tube system. Icelands Social Democrats sought to plunge the economy into debt peonage to Britain and Holland. Even the Greek Socialist Party is leading the fight for privatization and bank bailouts, so in the United States the Democratic Party is to deliver its constituency urban labor, especially the racial minorities and the poor who are most injured by Pres. Obamas austerity plan to Wall Street. The paranoia of crisis is a means to promote austerity. The Republicans dont have a credible alternative Presidential candidate in the top position of the polls. The top leaders now are establishment figures.

Appendix A: The NDAA

The proposed National Defense Authorization Act is one of the newest bills that is a threat to our civil liberties. Much of the U.S. Senate voted to support this evil bill. This bill authorized the U.S. military to operate on U.S. soil. It can allow some authorities to potentially conduct secret kidnappings of Americans citizens, and put them in secret military prisons (where they can be tortured, interrogated, and murdered). These acts can be done to citizens if they are tagged with the title of terrorism. There is no due process required or evidence given to prove guilt. U.S. Senate traitorous Republicans like Senator John McCain supported this bill. No mainstream media news network right now is reporting on this story. Yet, NDAA is very tyrannical and evil. Both parties have been in league with the elite. The Republicans have a strange love affair with promoting some military police state. We dont need torture as an interrogation technique at all. The National Defense Authorization Act has been debated in Congress and if passed, American citizens could be detained without a court hearing anywhere in the world. Ironically, President Barack Obama stated that he will veto the bill if it should pass. It isnt just the ACLU opposing this bill. People of goodwill from across the political spectrum have opposed the NDAA bill. This bill is even against the Magna Carta and the Fifth Amendment. Proposed FEMA camps are real. Similar camps were created back during WWII when innocent Japanese, Italian, and German Americans were sent to these places. We have the right to defend liberty completely. That is why Im not a hypocrite when it comes to liberty. You have the right to associate with who you want peacefully, but I have the right to own me a gun if I desire to. Amendment No. 1274 would have given the federal government the power to detain U.S. citizens until Congress declared the war on terror

over, which we have been told is a never-ending multi-generational conflict. The provision also gave the feds the power to keep an American incarcerated even if they were tried and found not guilty. Thankfully, Republican Senator Rand Paul discovered the provision and was able to request a last ditch roll call vote. The amendment was eventually defeated by a worryingly narrow final vote of 41-59. Yet, the NDAA bill was passed by the Senate in vote of 93 to 7. This is one of the things that Paul got right. We dont need the Patriot Act or these others immoral bills.

The truth is one precise item that evil people cant stop. It will exist forever. One thing is that we should never be ashamed of what we are. I am not ashamed of what I look like, how I talk, how I dress, who I choose to love, what my interests are, or my other fundamental, keen personal characteristics that are a part of my soul. When people are suffering, futile stereotypes dont mean a thing. Our lives should be about using our minds to creating an excellent reformation of values & a revolutionary change (of treating our neighbor as ourselves and building up humanity). In my life, I had to incorporate more progressive thinking. All people are created equal. Yet, Im not skipping out on my people to fulfill some Utopian vision. I love my people. Im not truly free until all of my people are free including the rest of the human race. My soul is strong and with God-given inspiration, I will do better in my life in spite of my errors. Fighting back, standing up, speaking out, and living courageously are great actions to believe in and follow through faithfully in our lives journeys. I love and enjoy showing real information and inspiring people.
