Reason Updation in system is delayed System permits double put away

Explanation y Pending Custom Examination y Cargo status confirmation in case of damage System permits the user to put away multiple pallets in a single bin location, ( in case of inventory moved to VAS, it permits the double put away in the same location by the user as system without showing error) In case of advanced DO generation for a shipment, it results inventory released from system, but physically pallet and inventory lies in warehouse. Physical Pallet optimization or pallet splitting, as per client request, it is not updated in real time (request has to be sent to IT for change of good status). Sometime delay in pallet optimised locations information is not conveyed on real time for updation. For storing Over dimensional pallets in a bin location, required to block adjacent pallet position in system. The blocking request is to be sent to IT, which requires time to update. The similar case happens during outbound for unblocking (system is not pop up the block location while picking & put away) When stocks moves in System to VAS location, system denotes it as a single location, hence all pallets in VAS location became a single pallet position during a pallet count report. After completion of VAS, operations teams are not conveyed the proper SKU wise qty & locations in case of any optimization and stock movement.
