November 11, 2011 LECTURE TOPIC: Science, Exopolitics and Spirit: An empirical model of intelligent civilizations in the Multi-verse Summary: This Lecture presents an empirical dimension-based model of intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse. The model establishes a dimensional ecology between the 'Exopolitics' and 'spiritual' dimensions of the Multi-Verse. The model provides an empirical foundation for Exopolitics, the science of relations between intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.

The Lecture explores the empirical evidence for: 1. A dimension-based typology of intelligent civilizations 2. Third dimension solar system and deep space intelligent civilizations 3. November 12, 2011 LECTURE TOPIC: Are you on a 2012-13 catastrophic timeline or a 2012-13 positive timeline? Summary: This lecture identifies what can be described as two parallel realities, each buttressed by independent sets of data and personal and institutional decisions a 2012-13 catastrophic timeline and a 2012-13 positive future timeline. The two parallel 2012-13 timelines are quite opposite in nature. The cataclysmic timeline envisions 2012-13 as a time when the Earth is hit by destructive solar flares, large meteors, tsunamis, world-wide coastal inundations, mega-catastrophe. The positive timeline envisions 2012-13 as follows: 2012 heralds Earths entry into the Golden Age, and between now and then is a time of transition from life as you have known it into life totally in harmony with all of Nature. One driver behind the positive time line is the singularity at the core of our universe which now has begun to emanate an intentional pre-wave to a final 9th wave of universal, enlightened universal consciousness The lecture provides the evidence and tools to shift onto the positive timeline. LECTURE TOPIC: Governance and life-bearing planets: Are 'good ETs' intervening to heal our ecology and save our species? Summary: Exopolitics is the study of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multiverse, including galactic, dimensional, and universal governance bodies regulating the affairs of life-bearing planets. Former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham predicted in his book Challenges of change that there would UFO Sightings by a regional galactic governance council known as 'The Council of 8' over major world cities on Oct 13, 2010. In fact, incontrovertible UFO sightings attributable to intelligent civilizations not of this Earth occurred over New York City on Oct 13.
