The Rakhine people living in different states of Work Arakan Foundation (U.S.A) make the conference in New York regarding present period. After we make verdict base on each states submission, we undertake discussion, advising, urging and prohibiting. They are following in the sentence. 1. The reasons of decreasing economy in Rakhine state are people cant operate their own business as a market economy onto their raw materials from Rakhine state. What that means people cant create the future by them. We dont get ordinance permitting using for natural gas from Rakhine state therefore we strongly against it. 2. Ethnic groups are living in the Rakhine state which are Rakhine, Myou ,Thet. Die Net, Kaman, Marama, and Chin. 3. Expect the describing Rakhine ethnic groups, we reject some Muslim people from Bangladesh who are illegal immigrants pretending as a native people in exile and not coming from Bangladesh. 4. We urge: - To re admit for expulsive student from the school in Rakhine state. We analyze that the student are putting out 2 years from the university are getting difficult various situations and hard to do their life and continue their education. - To be one Rakhine refugee committee in Malaysia. - Rakhine organizations in India, in Thailand, and Bangladesh to create the coordination of components into one unit in main country. - To make one union Rakhine Army and if we have union Rakhinearmy,theRakhine people from the U.S and aboard supply Rakhine Army. - To make International Rakhine organization to help and to supply Rakhine refugee in border line of Bangladesh. 5. Rakhine people living England urge to be one union Rakhine organization as soon as possible. 6. We strongly prohibit taking Rakhine kings treasure from the BaeNage Ra Mountain, especially any Rakhine pagodas, and cultural things in Rakhine state. 7. We advise that support the Rakhine Roma media which are using Rakhine speaking and accent as not to low other nations media.
