Click on Export 3. Click on the RTF/CRE tab 4. Click on the + sign in front of System Files 5. Search for and check-mark their personal dictionary 6. Click the Options button on the right 7. Click on the Browse button 8. Select the Desktop from the list 9. Click Ok 10. Click Ok 11. Click on Export
