There was an increase in total units sold in June, with 92sold this month in Columbia versus 78 last month, anincrease of 18%. This month's total units sold was lower thanat this time last year, a decrease of 20% versus June 2010.Versus last year, the total number of homes available thismonth is lower by 20 units or 4%. The total number of activeinventory this June was 476 compared to 496 in June 2010.This month's total of 476 is higher than the previous month'stotal supply of available inventory of 467, an increase of 2%.Last June, the median sale price for Columbia Homes was$325,000. This June, the median sale price was $320,000, adecrease of 2% or $5,000 compared to last year. The currentmedian sold price is 10% higher than in May.
Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same numberof properties are above & below the median.
